Welcome to your harbor side paradise, Dolphin Point 202C. 

When you enter the condo your greeted with an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen offers spacious counter space to cook up any meal. The condo is equipped with all full sized appliances, pots, pans, and cookware. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 6. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The private balcony is accessed via the large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The balcony offers stunning views of the harbor. The condo is only a short walk to the complex pool as well.

The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a vanity area and combination tub/shower.

The Master Bedroom is spacious and offers a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining Master Bathroom has a stunning walk in shower and a vanity area.


Located on the second floor and adjacent to the beautiful Destin Harbor, this condo will be the perfect spot for your next vacation. This condo has had recent renovations and upgrades and will not be available for long, so book today!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our second stay in this property. The location is important to us as it is across the harbor from family members. Unit is quiet and comfortably furnished.

Destin Getaway

Husband and I decided to take a quick Destin Getaway and Holiday Isle was the perfect place to stay. Close to beach 5 min walk, close to great restaurants and all the tourists activities. Will definitely stay again!

Great scenery

My stay was great ! The condo had a great view and was clean . The beds was very comfortable to sleep in . The location wasn’t far from the beach , and was close to a lot of restaurants and outlet malls . Will stay there again .

Nice place great surounding. Would like more if balcony was open. How ever great view.

Enjoyed a great deal. Grandson has not been pleased as much just fishing. Food outstanding. Want to go back.

GREAT PROPERTY!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was perfect for us and the screened in patio was amazing. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. The private beach area was incredible and definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again! The condo had all the necessary amenities needed for our 8 nights. This condo is also super close to pool which was nice for us. The pool was not ever overcrowded or loud. Everyone we met at the pool and beach were very friendly!

Nice unit and great private beach

This is a nice unit. VRBO description and pictures accurate. The unit is in the building right next to the pool for this complex. Read the details in the description and welcome package - there is very limited initial toiletry items and no cooking supplies other than the essential pots and pans. Be sure to bring your own supplies if you will be there longer than 2 days and plan on cooking meals. One of the best features of this complex is the private beach, as long as you don't mind the 7-10 min walk to get there. It has gated access off of Gulf Shore Dr and a wide stretch of beach dedicated to Holiday Isle Properties. The beach was not crowded and was a great family environment. We plan to stay at this complex again in the future. Great location for all the activities, shopping and restaurants in Destin.

Girls trip

We had a great time. Location was close to everything. We had TV issues but they came in a timely matter to resolve them. Check in was a little hard. They had a hard time finding the office at first. Would be nice to have beach towels available. Hard to pack when flying in. You could charge if they disappear. Since living room is a sofa bed it would be nice if the windows with blinds were blackout shades like the patio doors. It’s bright early in the morning for those sleeping there. Walk to the beach was nice but far for one with knee issues. A cart or shuttle would be helpful since there is not parking near the entrance to beach. Pool was nice. It was great to have a washer and dryer.
