Shoreline Towers 1074. Stunning Views

Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

Welcome to Shoreline Towers 1074.

This condo is located in Tower 1 and on the 7th floor and offers angled Gulf views and just a short walk to the emerald green water.

The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo can accommodate the whole family and sleep a max of 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a King sized bed. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds.

The open concept living room and kitchen allow conversation to flow no matter the location you're in. Whether cooking a meal in the spacious fully equipped kitchen or dining at the large dining table you can interact with the whole family. The living room offers plenty of seating option to enjoy the large TV or a view of the Gulf.

The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and wireless internet as well.

The balcony overlooks part of Shoreline Towers but the real star is the white sand and stunning water downstairs.

Shoreline Towers features a complex pool.

Pain to get through gate in car. Keep live guards. One guard said I could use outside lane one guard made me back up and use inner lane. Stupid inconvenient system. No info about AC turning off with patio doors. Give me 1 email with all information I need so I dont have to look through 7 different emails. Elevators are hot and uncomfortable. Never actually talked to owner. Actual room was excellent. Loved the stay. Would recommend this room to anyone. Facilities were very nice. Pool is quite a walk from tower 1. Had a Sherriff stationed in the parking lot for 2 straight night's which was unnerving not knowing what may be happening at the facility. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. Good central location.

Not worth the price. Fairly clean but lacking necessities. Owner was aware that the washing machine was broken before our arrival and failed to tell us. We had to go to laundramat to wash daily which was a huge inconvenience as we had things planned every day. The air conditioner never read the temp it was set on was always warmer. The kitchen lacked a cutting board which could have been useful. The master bathroom had only 2 washcloths which was a problem with no washing machine in unit There were 5 ppl staying here with us and 6 washcloths. This was not as relaxing of a trip as we had hoped for bc of the washing machine mostly with towels and beach towels Also there is no vent over the stove so when we cooked dinner using higher heat it smoked out the whole condo and smell lingered. Destin is beautiful we come every year but this is not a place I’d ever stay again!

I’ve stayed at Shoreline Towers in tower 1 five times now. We typically rent from another homeowner but that condo is no longer available for rent as the owner currently lives in it now. When we found this place we were so excited to try something new but by the end we were more than ready to leave. The shower had black pubic hairs before we ever used it our daughter got bit by something on the couch and by the time she left that house had 52 bites!!! We had to ask the management company to ask the plumber to come TWICE. Once because we could only run one shower at a time as there was no water pressure for a second person to shower at the same time, had very little water pressure for dishes, etc. The second time they had to come clean the drain cause we were unable to use the bathtub or shower in the second bathroom without the water backing up and it was absolutely disgusting.There were simple things missing, salt & pepper for example, which most people need & don’t want to have to buy. Our old condo even had common spices for us. There was no space for a pantry, so the food was just everywhere when other units create a built in pantry or designate space for food. There is barely any cookware you’d need to cook for a large family. And there is absolutely ZERO tupperware to store anything if you even did make a dinner. So then you end up having to use the pot and lid to store it. They don’t even have a pancake flipper. Despite all this we still loved the beautiful view.
