Construction is currently occurring on Norreigo Point next to East Pass Towers. The gate access to that beach area is currently closed as well as that parking area. This does not impact the complex of East Pass Towers.

Luxurious tranquility awaits you at East Pass Towers #305. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo has it all: spectacular panoramic views of Destin’s East Pass and the Destin Harbor, comfortable seating around every corner, and located just steps away from the beautiful emerald green Destin waters in the exquisite East Pass Towers condominium complex.

The kitchen comes complete with full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils to prepare your favorite meal. The living room has a plush couch and two leather recliners, as well as a large HDTV. The sofa even pulls out to a Queen bed to allow the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease.

The Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master bedroom has King-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The spacious balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and offers stellar views of the Destin Harbor, Norriego Point, the Destin Bridge, and the East Pass.

Very nice room with sun set view from the balcony. Pool was nice and never crowded. Love this location. Very private and no traffic. Host were very prompt with questions and concerns.

Fabulous Property

Everything was great! The condo was clean and we have stayed at East Pass before. We love the location and view. The check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful view—very relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We were afraid that nearby construction would be an issue; however, it was not. Clarification for elevator and pool access codes would have been helpful prior to arrival. The Holiday Isle text-support was very responsive & even offered suggestions for a future stay with a large group.

Pool not open

The condo was great but it advertised as having a pool but pool was closed our entire stay. Across the intercostal the music was so loud at night we could understand the words to the music. It went on until 2AM.

Nice, peaceful, and cozy.

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this lovely, cozy condo with views of the Destin marina and the Destin Pass. We only had a few complaints. We couldn’t find the thermostat control for the air or heat, but we had blankets and we were fine. We also couldn’t find any luggage carts for hauling our luggage and other bags. Other than that, we agreed this is a nice place and we might revisit this condo in the future. I loved how clean and beachy it felt. Thank you for a great stay. :)

Condo was super clean and as described. There was an issue with the hall toilet and they had it fixed quickly. The sofa is extremely small and not comfortable to sit on and relax . There is some nightly noise coming from across the bay you can hear the loud music at night but it was not something that kept us awake all night. The property was beautiful, the grills and hot tub was not in service thou. I contacted the property mngr and she stated that they were supposed to be fixed and up and running in a day that was not the case they did not work the entire week that we were there. The dishwasher was super tricky to work but finally did a hard rest and got it going. I did talk to the propery mngr about that and they were helpful. There is not ocean access from the beach. We did enjoy the location and everything was clean.
