Welcome to your perfect home away from home in the heart of South Hill! Conveniently located near the South Hill Mall and the Washington State Fairgrounds, this spacious and family-friendly 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories together.

The home comfortably sleeps large families (up to 8 adults). With a king-size bed in the master suite, two upstairs guest bedrooms featuring a toddler bed and crib, and an additional downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. The layout is ideal for families traveling with little ones while still offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat featuring an in-ground pool-fenced (not heated), relaxing hot tub, gazebo, spacious patio, and outdoor kitchen area perfect for BBQs and gatherings. Guests can also enjoy a full gym located in the garage, making it easy to stay active during your stay. The fully fenced backyard offers additional privacy and space for families to relax and unwind.

Fun and cozy house for group of friends

The house was clean and there was plenty of space for four couples. We enjoyed our stay and think it would have been even better in the summer to make use of the outdoor space.

Perfect place for a family to stay. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, clean. Great game room and pool and hot tub. Also, Leticia was awesome to work with. She was so easy-going. We can't wait to come back! :-)

This property is its own destination

A luxury home in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful yard with a pool. Lots of games and puzzles. Total comfort in a beautiful place. Excellent communication with the gracious property manager. A great value for the price.

Perfect for our short stay

We came to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space was terrific! Perfect for a summers day. Check in & check out was easy. Leticia was quick to respond with any questions & very helpful. She even went above & beyond & had a nice spread of snacks set up along with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She is very kind. I would come back here again!

Great location, owner responds quickly but we were bummed that the inground pool wasn’t available. We booked this place largely because of the pool. This was for my son’s 13th birthday and he really wanted some place to swim. Owner should have a note stating when the pool is available and when it’s not.

Great potential for 5 star

Nice quiet neighborhood, clean home, beautiful gardens. Things we wished for-less personal items out, more plates (had to use paper) dish cloth and dishtowels, working bbq and pool that was kept at temperature. They layout of the home was good, as was the water pressure for the shower! :) Overall a good stay was just surprised that the home appeared to be owner occupied. Host was flexible with a delayed checkout.

Sorry you didn’t get everything you wanted. Yes; I live in the house and only have my personal stuff in one bedroom closet. We have a full cabinet of dish-ware available for anyone to use And lots and lots of dish cloths in the cabinets. The barbecue was working but if you were having issues you can always message us. Overall Nice

This property is very nice for multiple people. We rented it in March and even though there was a pool it wasn’t heated. The ad was a tad misleading with the pool aspect. Another aspect that was a tad misleading was the house was kid friendly in that it had plenty of games and entertainment for kids but it is not kid safe. There is no fence around the pool it self and kids can easily unlock the sliding glass door to get out. There were things that were broken and we were in contact with the host and she was trying to get it fixed. The neighborhood is amazing. There are plenty of trails behind the house perfect for adventures. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We even had to extend our stay and she was more than accommodating! I would recommend this house just ask about certain aspects before booking.

Thank you so much for booking People usually put in an inquiry to ask about the pool during winter months if they are not sure. Sometimes they end up booking and sometimes not. You can’t warm up an outdoor pool at 30 to 40 degree night time weather. The pool is shown in the pictures to have no fence around it. So this should have been considered before booking. Also the only thing that wasn’t working was one of the bathtubs which I left a message for you asking you not to use it because it’s a plumbing issue that will require major construction to fix. There is another bathtub in the house that could be used and several showers.

The home is breathtaking, so much space & is very clean. Leticia had everything we needed & ready for us, she has great communication & replies very quickly as well, such a great host!! Wonderful
