We had a great time. Very spacious. Amazing views. Condo is very clean. Loved that they had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guest.

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely beautiful. The balconies had magnificent views and place was exceptionally clean. More than enough room for a family of 5. Well within walking distance of the beach, and shopping centers and restaurants are very easy to get to and not far to drive.10/10, highly recommended and will definitely be booking here again.

Whole family loved

From our mom who has arthritis to my niece who is still a spring chicken we loved the view, and the amenities at Arial Dunes II (we had a corner room). The walk was a little tough on my mom but she loved the lake boardwalk and walking on the beach.

Beautiful View

We loved our view! Master room didn’t cool as much as other bedrooms. We also, didn’t feel like we needed to buy our own paper towels & toilet paper like we did, especially after we spend so much to rent. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

Thank you for staying with us, Amy! Each unit should come with a certain amount of starter supplies, but for longer stays, supplies may have to be procured or brought from home. We apologize for any confusion, but if the unit didn't have any, you're welcome to let us know during your stay, and we'll bring some. Otherwise, information on what to expect and what's provided is in the app. Thank you for letting us know, too that the master didn't cool as much; this could be due to a closed vent issue, but we'll check into it. Again, always feel free to reach out during the stay--our goal is to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of so you can have lots of fun!

The management company was quick to respond to any minor issue. From the times we booked the property, we were given all details that helped us set our expectations accordingly. We were just 5 minutes walk from the beach and everyone had a great time. The swimming pools at the property were amazing too. Clean comfortable beds, easy check in and check out and amazing views. We will come back for sure.

Beautiful views

17th floor sounded like it could have caused issues but was perfect. Four elevators were plenty for the amount of people and the higher up level provided glorious views. As an end unit had views on all sides and privacy. The unit provided everything you could think you may need as a home away from home. Beds were super comfortable as well as pillows. Easy access to beach but crowded area due to the number of people at the resort. Hard to get spots close to water as some rental company sets up all their umbrellas. Traffic was crazy throughout the area so renting bikes was a wise way to go. Overall a beautiful area and very spacious place for our family of 6.

Fall vacation

The unit had a nice open floor plan & lots of room. The views were wonderful! It is not on the beach, which from the pictures online it was hard to tell, but it was just across the street. That wasn’t a deal breaker because we drove over to the beach to a less crowded area. Only negatives were the den furniture needs cleaning & the tv was not working correctly. It would turn itself own, the volume all over the place & changing the channels became a game! Lol! The price for the week was very good as some condos were charging the same amount for a one bedroom!! Great beaches too!!

17th floor condo

This is a wonderful, roomy condo which was perfect for my wife and I and my daughter and her family. There are lots of free amenities, 5 minute walk to the beach. View from the balcony is amazing. I gave it 4 stars in 2 categories for these reasons although I would not consider them deal breakers. Parking passes were supposed to be in the condo but we had to go to the office a couple miles away to get them. The other issue was that the living room furniture in the pictures was not what was in the unit. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but the furniture that is there is just not very comfortable. But to finish up on a positive note, the price is an incredible value

Amazing Place

This property was absolutely fantastic in every way! Short Uber from VPS airport. Checking in was a breeze… walk up to the room and type in code. Communication was great! If we needed anything we just text and they responded right away. However, we hardly needed to reach out (mainly just curiosity questions, no issues) as their app had EVERYTHING imaginable listed and easy to use. The views from the condo are absolutely breathtaking, all the way around (we were on end unit). BedRooms/ baths were good size and common space was spacious and cozy. Great location and so much to do. 7 restaurants onsite at Seascape, tennis, pickle ball, golf course, fishing, so much to do for everyone! Pools were great (one heated). We thought the beach was a farther walk so we rented a golf cart but the beach is actually pretty close and easily walkable right over the boardwalk and across the street to the beach access. However, renting a golf cart was fun and scenic 98 is drivable on golf cart and plenty of parking right in front of beach access. Restaurants, shopping all available and so close. The prettiest sand and ocean I’ve ever seen. The perfect place and location! We cannot wait to return soon and definitely will be staying at Seascape, Ariel Dunes, again!

Beautiful view

The view is better than the pictures make it seem. We enjoyed our stay. A couple little issues that we were mostly able to resolve quickly with the property manager.

Great corner property

Loved the view from the balcony and the location of the condo was only a 10 mins walk to the beach. We did feel that checkin was a bit late at 4pm because checkout is 10am and that makes it feel as though you barely have any time to relax two days out of your trip. Overall, we would definitely book again.
