Great place to stay!

We were blessed to stay here and will most certainly rent here again next time we are in town. House was very nice and appointed well. Close to everything we were doing. Interactions with everyone were very pleasant.

Visiting family

Down to visit family and stay with friends we enjoyed the garage games and pool time. Nice neighborhood, great for what we needed and nice amenities to boot.

Fabulous Stay!!

Very clean with a great location. Lots to do with the pool and the activities in the garage area. Very comfy home and extremely well supplied. Fenced yard a huge plus if you are bringing your furry friends. The host Melissa was outstanding. We will definitely visit again:)

Perfect fit!

This property had all the things we needed for our weekend vacation. We traveled due to an event we had in largo and this house was in the perfect location. It was perfect for our family the pool was awesome and so were the pool items my kids had a blast! Thank you we will rent again in the future!

This was the BEST family getaway we’ve had!! We vacation every year to visit family that live in Florida. Normally we stay at a different house every time and our kids get so bored. That was not the case at all with this house. The host provided everything to make our stay perfect!! There was so many games she provided, our kids didn’t even stay on their electronics due to all the gaming options she provided. They had the best time!! You couldn’t ask for anything else in this home. We bought floats for the pool just in case, come to find out the host had so many floats and life jackets for the kids. Anything you need for the beach, she had in the garage/game room. If you want to stay at a place and not have to worry about anything, STAY HERE!! I promise you won’t regret booking this house for your vacation!

Not as pictured, would not recommend!

My family and I arrived at the property and noticed right away that it didn’t seem as nice as the pictures, but thought…who cares what the outside looks like. We entered the house without issue, and it was pretty similar to the pics. Updated kitchen, nice couch, etc. My kids all swim so we mainly booked the house for the back yard/pool. I slid open the back door and was horrified. The patio was dirty. Moss was growing out of the patio blocks. Many were loose. The entire house had black mildew/mold growing on it. Along with the entire fence. I looked in the pool, it was green. Algae everywhere. The water smelled like dirty fish. The fire pit area in the back was missing two chairs and had the same black mold growing all over it and the two chairs that remained. The grass was dead and non-existent. We contacted VRBO, and they said we could stay or go. We contemplated. My wife decided to make some toast. She got the toaster out, it was covered with ants. We decided this wasn’t the place for us. We were told that we can take pictures and submit them for a refund, but they can’t guarantee it until it goes through a review process. So, we immediately left. They decided that a small portion of the cleaning fee is all that could be refunded. None of the rental fee (which was astronomical because of spring break week). I’m still upset. We ended up going to a different house through someone else and loved it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this house. It is not as pictured. If I could upload the pics, I would, but there is no option allowing me to do so.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. - We clean the pool weekly and have stepped that up to twice a week to ensure it remains clean. - After reading your comments, we immediately paid for a pressure washer to clean the entire outside. - We have addressed the weed issue with our lawn person to ensure it gets taken care of. - We haven't had any issues with ants in the past, but we will have our Guest Contact inspect the property for ants and act accordingly. Nice clean house. Lots of extra touches.

Struggled to enter the house. The digital code was not explained to require #. Would recommend placing a hand rail to get in and out of pool. Overall enjoyed and would definitely rent again!
