Quiet hours, 10pm - 7am, please no glass on the back patio and hot tub lid on when it’s not in use.
It’s preferred no beverages in the hot tub except water. Guests are responsible for hot tub refill cost and loss of rents due to spillage.
Upon departure, please start a wash of towels of similar color. Ensure all windows/doors are closed and locked.

Great stay in Lumby

This house came exactly as advertised. It was clean and well appointed. We would stay again. The view is pretty good too.

Family reunion

Room for every body, Enjoyed the deck,hot tub in the back yard, The kitchen where we were able to cook with the dishes, pots and pans and spices provided. Beds were comfy. All in all a very good stay.

Mountainview

Our needs and everything needed was available. Even the spices needed for cooking was available. The only problem was we had to supply our own steaks. Will have to work with the host on that. We had a most enjoyable stay. Will surely book this property again if she will have us.

Great Property

This home was a great place for my family to stay while we attended a wedding in the community. This was a great place to relax, felt like home the minute we walked in the door. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was top notch. Kitchen was very well organized. The front deck was a great place to hang out, the view was stunning. Although we did not use the hot tub it looked very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this property. Will definitely look to stay here again!! Loved it!!

Chef inspired kitchen, newly landscaped yard, 65’ smart TV, new hydro therapeutic jacuzzi tub and large covered deck with mountainous views.
