Brand new, professionally decorated, 2 Bdrm, 2 BA (1 King and 2 queen size beds, queen sofa bed) end unit condo featuring luxury linens, hairdryer, fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer plus 2-furnished balconies make LuLu's 320 at Harbourside the ideal location for your beach vacation. Beach towels and chairs provided along with a cooler, beach bag, pails and shovels, balls, noodles, ETC;
POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS AFTER BOOKED FOR MILITARY AND 7 OR MORE NIGHT STAYS.
ONE OF ONLY 7-UNITS THAT FEATURE TWO BALCONIES. Enjoy spectacular views from the oversized rear balcony that overlooks the Marina and Intercoastal Waterway. The 2nd Balcony overlooks the water park where you can relax while watching the fun below. Included with this condo are 4 Splash Harbour Water Park passes per day a $100+/day value Additional water park passes can be purchased at 50% off. Poolside cabanas are available for daily rental.

Book the stay!

Our whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! The host is very genuine & was always available if we needed anything. The convenience of the water park and the beach being so close was a perk with having little kids. I was very impressed how stocked the rental was also! I will absolutely be visiting again!

Beach Getaway

This was a perfect beach vacation! Kay made the entire process so seamless and walked us through everything with such ease. Not only that, but the condo was spotless and so comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a wonderful getaway.

A great stay in Indian Rocks

The property was as advertised. Very clean and easy sleeping arrangements for my family of four. The kids enjoyed that they could easily walk to the beach, water park and shops. It was safe for them to go alone. Easy access to Clearwater to meet up with friends as well. A great escape from the New England spring cold!

Spring Break - Great for Families

The unit is really nice and owner was very kind. Our three kids (9, 7 and 3) loved it! Our kids loved the water park and the location was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

We’ve stayed at these condos several times. Loved the views this one has to offer. Kay was great with the check in process. A little different than the typical but it was smooth. Kay was very good, great communication.

Great Location with direct access to the water park

Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two balconies with access to the water park. The balcony on the fifth floor offers stunning sunset views of the Gulf.

Terrific place

This was our second year at the Waterside condos and it was even more enjoyable than last year. Thesebcondos have a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. We plan not return next year.

Beautiful beach home.

This is our 5th year vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach and the first time staying with this host. They were very welcoming and easy to get a hold of. The home was very nice with beautiful beach decor and felt like home. There was an issue with the air conditioning while we were there and the owners worked on getting it fixed. This is such a great location and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we had a great time!

Family Experience

This is our second year in a row staying in this unit! This truly is a wonderful experience for a family. There is everything you need to have a great time with young kids, including beach amenities. It is centrally, located with restaurants, ice cream, shops, and beach in walking distance. The waterpark is a great change of pace from the beach for little ones! We are looking to come back again next year for three in a row!

It was newly remodeled, clean, in excellent condition and convenient. We would have liked towel racks in the bathrooms and storage for clothes in the front bedroom. Beds and pullout couch were very comfortable!

Great family vacation

The rental was very accurately described. Kay was great, we talked over the phone for check and and check out. This is a must stay location, very spacious and clean.

Great location

We really enjoyed the condo and the location - proximity to beach, waterpark, restaurants and sightseeing. We unfortunately did not get any information about check in despite being in contact ahead of time. We had to wait outside the unit for 15 minutes before receiving a call with the code even though we called and spoke on the way there. There was tons of information inside the condo but it didn’t help until we were inside. Best parts: wonderful for family, very quiet even with the waterpark there, loved the marina view for dolphins and boats, access to beach, variety of food A few suggestions for improvement: fan on balcony, more towel hooks, fully stocked bathroom (one soap dispenser had no soap), shower gel/shampoo (dispensers were in photos but had been removed from wall). Thank you Kay for making our first trip to IRB one to remember! We would love to return.

Great Vacation

Our family enjoyed our week at Indian Rock. The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the essentials that we needed. It was in a good location with restaurants, shops, and a CVS within a block or two. The beach was a very short walk as well with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, and some sand toys for the kids. The condo came with 2 balconies, with one facing the harbor that we enjoyed sitting on and watching the dolphins swim by. A bonus was the water park that the kids enjoyed. Kay was very accommodating and answered all our questions as well as provided us with some recommendations since we were new to the area. Overall we would rate our stay as a 10 out of 10 and considering revisiting again next year. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Another great IRB visit!

We come to Indians Rocks each summer and this condo did not disappoint. Located in Harbourside it was a great location for our family with the water park and beach just a couple blocks away. They have all the beach items you will need from a wagon, towels, chairs and toys! The condo was clean and ready for us early! For check in you have to talk directly to the owner which was a little different then other VRBO’s who leave a code for contactless entry. The condo has everything to get you started but if you need more then one roll of paper towels or anything of that nature please make sure you take your own! We would definitely rent this condo again! We loved that it had two balconies - intercostal and water park view! And my 4 year old loved the pull out from the couch to sleep on - it was super comfortable!
