Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect...the condo was super clean, supplied with everything we could ever need and more, the view from the balcony is perfect along with being steps from the beach. The location was great and we were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We will definitely rent here again!

A few issues kept it from being 5 stars. A 10 digit number for the door seemed excessive. No hot water in master bedroom shower. Plenty of beach chairs but no umbrella. There were bigger tents to set up but that was too heavy to carry to beach. No wine bottle opener. Other than that it was a very nice condo. Thank you!

Great stay at Oceanside again!

This is our second stay at this particular unit and third overall at Oceanside. As in the past, we had a wonderful stay! Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. and right on the beach. The beach is never crowded and there is plenty of space in the unit for our family of 5!

Beautiful with only a few small inconveniences

The condo was beautiful, clean and the perfect quiet beach location. The WiFi was not reliable. Other than that we had a great vacation.

SMACK ON THE BEACH

Location, location, location. This condo has been one of the better condos that we have stayed in and we have been coming to FL for years. The decor is exactly what I look for when searching for a place to stay. Who wants to stay in a condo that doesn't reflect a beach vibe? Always a plus to have a pool & hot tub but the best part is being able to walk out to the beach straight from the pool. Many great restaurants are in walking distance, plenty of shopping and only a little over an hour to Disney. I would definitely book this condo again in the future!

One of the best at Oceanside of IRB

We have stayed in several condos at Oceanside. This is one of the nicest and cleanest. We will definitely rent this one again. Plenty of good linens and extra beach towels. The master bed was SO comfortable. We had some lighting issues (needed some new lightbulbs) and the management company didn’t come replace them as they said they would. But still an amazing getaway. The one downside to this condo is that there are actual keys for the doors. A code lock would be amazing to have!!

8th Time at Oceanside 1st time in 304

Oceanside as a whole is located on a Great Beach, walking distance to most all of IRB. Pool is nice, Cabana Storage great. Unit 304 was new to us this year and nicer than the other unit we have stayed in previous years. Management Company was accommodating and pleasant. We have already begun plans for 2023. We have brought Family and Friends and they love it.

Nice clean unit but bad week to stay

The only negative regarding the unit is the cooking utensils and cookwear could be updated. If you like to cook, bring your own. The other,negative was the wood construction of the building. With that in mind, they were doing renovations in the unit above all week, and because this building is wood construction, we heard every stomp of the workboots above, along with the powertools. And to make things worse, the red tide situation was present all week. Some days we could not go outside. But that is not anyone's fault but Mother Nature. Everything said, if the work is done upstairs and you check the red tide situation YOURSELF, before you go, you will have a great week. You can check red tide reports at this link

Oceanside #304 August 2017 review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was excellent. The property was just as described. Everything had been recently refurbished and was top quality and very enjoyable. The beds and all furniture were very comfortable and the entire condo well appointed for most things (linens, towels, kitchenware, furniture, even some beach accessories). We did find the condo quite loud. The sound of the elevator opening and closing repeatedly throughout the night and again the day we left (it kept breaking) and the sound of the people walking and doors slamming shut in the unit above, to be very noisy. Some of this is to be expected in a condo but we found this building particularly noisy. Simply the construction of it. Overall the condo was very enjoyable.Things that could be improved:-There was no kettle in the kitchen which was an inconvenience. Please provide a basic kettle.-The drawers that won't stay closed in the kitchen were annoying and hazardous- easy to bump into and hurt oneself. Should be fixed especially since so newly renovated.-There were 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. This may have been because the one provided was not working so it appears as though another renter purchased and left a small, basic one which was nice to have.. -upon arriving in the condo it had been cleaned quite well but the floor had not been perfectly vacuumed in a few places. Overall: good.-Garbage bags left for the kitchen would be very nice to be provided. There is one very thin one when you arrive, and I understand that renters are intended to provide their own items but a basic like garbage bags would be helpful for the condo to provide so that the best care can be maintained. There is not much that can be said to improve things. The location, the condo, the rental experience with the property manager was all very good. We loved 304 Oceanside and hated to leave. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for helping to make a wonderful family vacation.

I spent the week before at Oceanside 304. As usual... it was a delightful week. Sharon is absolutely remarkable in making certain guests have a memorable time. I had the misfortune of a “fire ant” episode that caused me to be concerned. I called her for some much needed advice and she did not hesitate to address my concern. She was correct in her advice. I love IRB and have already booked again for 2025. The unit is great and in the best possible location!

The property & this unit continue to be outstanding. The location & access to Indian Rocks Beach can't be beat! The guest bedroom w/ 2 queen beds had plenty of room for the four young adults in our group. Note that the listing photo of the balcony is outdated; balcony now has great new hightop table/chairs that are very comfortable & durable. Hope to see updated lounger(s) in the future. Note that there is only 1 assigned parking spot; tiny visitor lot is first come, first served & requires permit for overnight parking. Some parking is available across the street, but spots are hard to find on busy weekend evenings. As others have mentioned, state of the pool was disappointing; it appears that the pool is not being regularly vacuumed. Notice was posted in common area re: need to access balconies one morning, but no details were given--it would have been nice to know in advance that balconies would be power washed, that personal items needed to be removed, that it would take all day to complete the building, and that cleaning fluid would be falling down onto the pool deck. As Floridians, we understand the need for this maintenance, but communication could be improved. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, and we will likely return again. IRB is our favorite beach & we still love Oceanside! If you love seafood, be sure to eat at Keegans!

Relaxing Vacation

The high-top table and chairs on the balcony were greatly appreciated, this allowed to view dolphins and gorgeous sunsets without the railing being in the way. There is a storage unit that contains beach equipment which is very helpful when you are flying in.Communication with the rental staff went very smoothly. Working with both Taylor and Sharon was a very good experience. We had left something behind and once I reached out to Taylor he told me it was already in his possession and would be sent back to us.We would highly recommend this condo and Seaside Property Shoppe. Thank you to the owners for sharing their condo and to Taylor and Sharon for a very relaxing vacation.

We are already booked for Nov and next March. Sharon & Taylor are always helpful if any issues. Our biggest drawback would be that the pool & deck need a deep cleaning (drained & power washed) Just gets worst every time we come. Other than that, we love Oceanside.
