Spent a week in IRB with my family of four and had a great time. The location was amazing! Stairs that went from the back deck to the pool and the beach were incredibly convenient. Restaurants walkable and many others nearby. Beach was beautiful, saw plenty of wildlife, and amazing sunsets in the evening. Host Joy was very nice and helpful too!

Great location! Right on the beach with access to a pool. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and updated. We had a great stay and will return.

Great location! Minor hiccup with our check in which was quickly resolved with good communication from the host. We love the pool and beach easy access to everything.

Location is fantastic. Parking is convenient. Master bed is very comfortable. Easy access to the beach may be the highlight. The beach is at your door. Restaurants are directly across the street. There’s a lot to like about this rental.

Steps from the gulf, well-maintained, very clean, walking distance to food, ice cream, drinks, the water, and on the trolley line. We love staying here, and Joy is a wonderful host, who is always quick to respond and takes pride in her property. We look forward to seeing you next year!

Paradise in our happy place

We’ve been coming to Indian Rocks for more than 20 years and this location has been our favorite by far. The condo is lovely and comfortable with every amenity available. We cannot wait to come back and have already booked next year’s trip!

Perfect for Families

Loved that this unit has direct access to pool and beach within steps. That made it very enjoyable going back and forth with the kids. Never have to get in your car, restaurants, ice cream, and stores within a couple blocks. Loved the set up of the beach house as well!

Perfection

This place is perfect! Clean and well furnished, with a balcony that faces the sunsets over the gulf. The beach is beautiful white sand. There are nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Could not be happier with our stay.

Long weekend

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend get away. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The access and view of the beach was perfect. The sunsets were incredible. Lots of places nearby for food and entertainment. Thank you!
