We love Indian Rocks Beach, Fifty Gulfside Condos and are repeat customers. The third floor balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful beach and views. We just love it.

1) Not the best. 2) TVs did not work all the time. 3) Mold on floor in shower. 4) Broken tile on shower floor. 5) Pool no cleaned. 6) Bedsheets old and "pilling". 7) Stove surface dirty. 8)All floors generally dirty. 9) Carpet in hallways dirty. 10) Light bulbs missing or not working. 11) Unit needs a deep cleaning.

The location was perfect for us. It was right on the beach and the view from our balcony was wonderful. The pool was very clean and maintained well and there were plenty of guest lounge chairs. The property was a little dated but clean. The unit could use some updating and the bed could use a new mattress and pillows, but it wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t sleep. The close proximity to the ocean made up for any minor issues.

Beach vacation

The condo overall was very nice. It’s decorated in a very cute, beachy theme. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed some maintenance to correct slow running sinks and shower, and cracked tiles in shower, but everything was functional. Even though smoking is not allowed in the units, we were not able to sit out on the balcony all that much due to the frequent overwhelming smell of cigarette and cigar smoke from other units. A suggestion to the owners would be to please provide a beach umbrella and a couple beach chairs. We were not able to be outside on the beach very long since there were no options for protection. There were no rental options on the beach either. Overall it is a very nice condo. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

we didn't end up staying here - we were given alternative accommodation by TRS as there looked like there was building work there when we should have been staying

Perfect quiet location

This is the perfect peaceful location right on the beach. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. The building and pool were very clean. I’ll stay here again!!!!

Beach Getaway

Loved it! I am VP of a Midwest Multifamily Company, so I would recommend opening up the living space my removing the dining table, it’s for 2 people and there’s seating at the bar. I would also get rid of all the wires and put a larger tv with a console for storage and hide those. Didn’t make any difference, was amazing, just noticed due to my profession. Thank you!
