Our visit was great! We are a multi-generational travel group. The condo was clean and comfortable and provided space for the six of us. It is located such that we could easily get to places like Storyland, Santa's Village, Echo Lake, Franconia Notch. This is our third year at this location.

Great Stay!

Great time. Great Stay. Clean Unit! Just need to update directions for heat and use of fireplace. Looks like updates were made and directions were not. Minor issue and did figure it out. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, spacious and cute. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grounds were neat and pretty. Location was convenient to everything, perfectly located near Settler’s Green, Echo Lake , etc but set back and hidden from the main road. The beds were as expected from a rental, not the most comfortable but not the worst. The pillows were very flat so if you like a thick or fluffy pillow, bring your own. Communication could have been better with the host. I thought I had an issue with my check in instructions (I didn’t, it was my mistake) and when I messaged they responded within and hour and a half but there were conflicting checkout instructions ( some on the refrigerator and some via email) and when I messaged the night before checkout, I never received a response. There was also no instruction on where to find the dumpster which was hidden behind the Inn on the property. We would definitely stay here again, just be aware of the communication issues. I do believe there was a phone number for urgent issues if necessary.

Great girls weekend

The unit was spacious and clean. Only a couple minor glitches -- the instruction sheet seemed to be for a different unit so we had trouble turning on the heat, but the host responded quickly when we reached out and it was resolved. The baseboard heat in one of the bedrooms was noisy, and the coffee maker's carafe had been replaced with one that didn't fit, but neither of these things were enough to spoil the weekend. We love the size & location of the unit. Thanks!

Almost Perfect

We greatly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again. Unit was clean and well appointed. We had a few mechanical issues that were frustrating, but not a big deal. (Keurig wasn't working, Roku stick in one of the bedrooms wasn't working) Contact was very responsive.

We just love staying at this property! It's actually the second time we rented it! It's clean, cozy and comfortable. It has plenty of room to spread out and a nice kitchen for preparing our snacks and meals! The neighborhood is very quiet and scenic!!

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our ladies' vacation getaway!! The place was clean, nicely updated and stylish. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels, if needed!The kitchen was roomy and had everything needed for our stay!We loved the peaceful balcony porch where we could enjoy the fresh mountain air!The owner was great and answered all our questions when we reached out!We highly recommend this property and we would definitely rent it again!
