Freshly renovated throughout, our light, bright and airconditioned studio apartment comprises a faulous king bed, a luscious linen lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a slick bathroom with own laundry facility, and a private balcony for guests.

Here, with glass of wine or your evening meal, you can watch the sun set from the heart of Albany's downto heritage, marina, entertainment and Princess Royal Harbour precinct.

Leave the car parked while you walk to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Or take the short drive to Middleton Beach, Mt Clarence and any one of the stunning natural landscape features that makes Albany so special.

Very good purpose and location for 2 people to stay.Central for us. No road traffic.Good neigh ours.Rooms quite good, clean We chose well to stay there, and Annie was on tap to answer both our questions in 3 days

Convenient

Convenient, clean, comfortable apartment. Walking distance from good views, bars, shops and eateries, but peaceful as well. Value for money compared to other options in the area. Only issue was the lock on the door was very difficult to open and probably needs looking at.

Albany Proudlove Parade

All aspects were good except the AC would not heat. In July heating is a must. Contacted the agent who apologized and was in Perth so could not come to check the AC. Alternatives were not acceptable. I requested I partial refund if the AC was found to be working OK and lack of heating due to my inability to operate the control. No response 10 days later.

I'm Annie and providing short stay accommodation is something I've been doing for years!

I first got into it via the GFC, when a friend and I were landed with a property we couldn't sell. Red Cottage was born and numerous others over time have follow.

Today my partner and I run the small but boutique Gorepani LivingSpaces in Albany, sharing a total of five quite different spaces with guests to our town.

Guests keep telling me how much they appreciate the private balcony and the convenient location. When we stay in town, at one of our apartments, we just love that we can walk to wherever we choose to dine!
