The Space:

Starlight Meadows is a charming retreat beckons you to unwind and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience. From cozy living spaces to entertaining amenities, every detail of this property is designed to elevate your stay to new heights of comfort and enjoyment.



Step into the cozy living room, where a decorative fireplace takes center stage, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into plush seating as you gather around the flat-screen TV for movie nights or leisurely evenings spent indoors. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area, where a spacious table awaits, providing seating for eight guests. The full kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island with additional seating for four, making meal preparation a breeze.



Retreat to the master bedroom, where two queen beds plus a bunk bed (Twin over Full) beckon you to indulge in a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, offering a rejuvenating escape after a day of adventure. Bedrooms two and three feature king beds, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests. A full bathroom in the hallway, complete with a tub-shower combo, caters to the needs of every guest. For added convenience, a laundry room is available to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
