This brand new family home, fondly known as Felicity’s on Court, has all you need for a comfortable and convenient base just moments from restaurants, wineries and local attractions.

Guests are greeted by an elegantly appointed, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, where you can cook up some fresh local produce and enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar, or dine together around the eight-seater table setting. Open the sliding glass doors to the undercover patio and fire up the BBQ, with a cosy outdoor setting overlooking the large, grassy backyard that is perfect for alfresco afternoons enjoying the fresh, country air.

Four bedrooms feature a fresh white palette and contemporary furnishings, each offering a queen-size bed and built-in robes. The master bedroom includes a full ensuite, while the main bathroom features a luxurious, freestanding bathtub where guests can indulge in a relaxing soak.

Added conveniences include WiFi and a dedicated study nook with a desk, chair and lamp, a washing machine and dryer, central air-conditioning and heating, and parking spaces in the garage and driveway as well as on-street parking.
