Tennessee. This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin invites up to 6 guests

to immerse themselves in nature and create lasting family memories. As you

arrive, you'll be captivated by the picturesque creek flowing gently in front

of the cabin, providing an ideal spot for splashing and playing during warm

summer days. The soothing sounds of the water enhance the tranquil atmosphere,

making it perfect for relaxation and adventure. Recently updated, the bedrooms

now feature luxurious bedding and thoughtfully designed decor to ensure a

restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a cozy King bed with an en-

suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a King bed, perfect for

families. All linens are provided, adding to your comfort during your stay.

This two-story cabin also offers a spacious yard for children to run and play

freely, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views from the wrap-around porch. With

convenient WiFi connectivity, you can easily stay in touch or share your

addition to the welcoming love seat, you'll find a sleeper sofa, providing

extra sleeping space for guests. Don't forget the convenient access to the

porch, where you can relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

This fully equipped cabin invites you to indulge in comfort and convenience

with its modern kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and

electric stove. The dining area, which comfortably seats six guests, is

perfectly situated next to the washer and dryer for added practicality. Large

sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and

inspiring atmosphere. Plus, you'll find dish towels, starter dish soap, and

dishwasher pods provided to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Location/Roads/Parking

This cozy countryside cabin is just a short 10-minute drive from The Great

Smoky Mountain National Park, 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes

from Gatlinburg, our cabin offers the perfect blend of relaxation and

convenience. You'll love our spacious gravel driveway with parking for up to 3

vehicles, making it easy for everyone to come along for the adventure. And for

all the motorcycle enthusiasts out there, our cabin is ready to welcome you

with open arms! Plus, with a Dollar General store just 6 minutes away, you'll

have quick access to any essentials or treats you may need during your stay.

Special Note on Trash Disposal:

For your convenience, all trash should be taken to the RV park located right

next to the properties and placed in the dumpster. The gate code to access the

dumpster is 1938.

Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet at home alone unless it is kept in the kennel

The pet fee is a non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, there is

damage, or your pet needs additional excessive cleaning, you will be charged

for all repairs or cleaning.

Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or

sleeps in. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and

time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.



Local Fun:

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner

time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-

cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

or New Years Day.



Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

Vacay Protection:

You might be asking yourself, what is this & why am I paying for it? It's an

affordable travel investment that pays for itself, let us explain what it

covers:

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).

24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give

us a call & our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
