Welcome to Ledbetter Trails, a serene getaway designed to showcase the picturesque walking paths that meander across nearly eight acres of pristine woodland. This cabin provides an exceptional level of privacy and seclusion, enveloped by a lush, heavily wooded environment. The well-maintained trails invite you to leisurely explore the natural beauty surrounding you, culminating at a charming private pond where you can observe local wildlife and feed the fish. (Please note that swimming is not permitted.) Families with children will appreciate the opportunity for a first fishing experience—no license required, as this is a private pond.

Accommodations within the cabin feature two inviting bedrooms—one furnished with a queen bed and the other with a full bed—sharing a modern bathroom. The living room is comfortably appointed, equipped with a television and satellite service, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen boasts contemporary appliances and is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and dining essentials. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food, grill favorites, and unwind in the tranquil, natural surroundings. Evenings can be spent counting stars around the fire pit or savoring the soothing sounds of rainfall from the comfort of the main porch.

Nice comfortable cabin!

The views were nice and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. We in enjoyed hanging out at the pond.Cabin was nice and clean.

Awesome Place

Love staying here,it's beautiful and peaceful.Caught some fish and enjoyed the fire pit.The hot tub was a plus this stay... Enjoyed the cabin comforts and the wildlife.Will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin in the woods

Really enjoyed our time here. Cabin was so clean and well set up, we were very comfortable here. Lovely views on the deck! We had a question during our stay about locating the pond and was answered quickly by the manager. Fun to walk the trails! Would definitely return here!

Amazing views

Place was amazing,just couldnt see pond from cabin and air didnt work but it cooled enough at night so it didnt matter anyway, or they probably would have fixed it

Luv this place!

The place was better than expected. The shower was spacious and water pressure was good. The property provided bath essentials, DVDs, and extra blankets and pillows. The goats were so cute and friendly. The hot tub was very clean. We were alsoable to walk around a few small trails surrounding our property. When we come back to this area we will definitely choose this rental again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

What a perfect place for a getaway. Property was clean and well maintained, just as described. We enjoyed all of the amenities from the walking trails, to the gorgeous view of the stars from the hot tub and the peaceful view at the lake. We forgot a few items for cooking and were pleasantly surprised everything we needed was there. An absolute hidden gem our only complaint is we did not know the names of the 2 sweet goats that greeted us when we arrived :) I highly recommend!!

Nice Place

Cabin was clean and nicely decorated. Well equipped. It's a nice place for couples looking for seclusion or a small family. The area itself does not have a lot to do but we traveled a bit to see some local waterfalls. Yellow creek falls and finley falls were beautiful. Some other areas of interest may be Huckleberry knob. We were unable to see it due to rain. The property is very pretty with natural landscaping and plenty of walking trails. We would stay at this cabin again if in the area. Thank you for sharing your home.

It's a beautiful little cabin tucked away in a secluded location. The brand new wrap-around porch and jacuzzi are amazing. It took us a bit to figure out how to work the TV (being it wasn't cable and you had to go in and out of various apps), but it worked the entire time. The internet worked, too, but was slow at times, especially when it was cloudy or rainy. Sadly, our cellphones hardly worked at all. We got through on our first day (clear skies) with FaceTime, then could only use voice for the 2nd and 3rd day. After that, because of cloudy & rainy conditions, it didn't work at all. However, my biggest issue was with the mold in the bathroom. I'm a mold survivor (and healthcare practitioner) and haven't had any issues for over 6 years. Sadly, my symptoms reactivated quickly, and it made things difficult for me. Fortunately, I had supplements on hand and knew what to do. But with no cell phone coverage and no medical help nearby, it put me in a dicey situation. So, we stayed outside as much as possible. (I wish I had brought my Hi Tech Air Purifier with me ... that would have helped greatly.) I really hope the owners fix this mold problem, because it really is an amazing place with great potential. And the rental agents are really great, too.

I would highly recommend staying here. The cabin & grounds were gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, clean, well-kept, and very cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and sitting on the front porch sipping our morning coffee. Really enjoyed a surprise visit from neighbors - the cutest & friendliest little goats! :) Private & serene surroundings. Didn’t have time or hear for fishing, but pond & cleared walking trails on the property were very nice. Cabin was well-stocked with just about everything one might need for vacation - plenty of extra pillows, towels, & linens. Location easy to find and while off the beaten path, many opportunities nearby for outdoor adventures & dining out. Management was very responsive from day of reservation. Had a minor issue at check-in, but were quick to respond and promptly resolved same day. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely go back!

Quiet location. Nice for a weekend getaway

Out of the way location wasn't easy to find, but we made it. You need to look for the sign that reads "LEDBETTER TRAILS" on your right. Driveway is quite steep, but no issue in most vehicles that aren't super low. Be aware that entering the driveway off the road at night can be a challenge as it's very DARK. I think a few reflectors might help with this problem. Entry via the electronic lock made check-in easy, and also makes coming and going easier not having to worry about losing a key. Accommodations were nice (especially the hot tub), but the master bed's mattress and box springs leave a lot to be desired. More like a fold-out sofa as far as comfort. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for both my wife and I was also nice. My wife loves animals, so she loved interacting with the two goats. We had a good time, and will likely visit the area again.

The cleanliness of the cabin was poor

Body hairs and regular hairs on the bathroom floor. I had to sweep the floor as we were not stepping on it. Kitchen counters, front of oven, backsplashes and top of refrigerators was dirty. I had to clean all of this before placing food down. Cabin it's self is very nice goats were great.. but very poor cleaning. Had to deal with hunters at 5:00AM, dogs barking and 4 wheelers. So no sleeping in for us. We were not happy at all You cannot see the lake/pond at all from the cabin.Whatever cleaning agent that is used was so strong it burned our eyes and throat so we had to leave the doors open for a while to get the smell out We won't be back.

The only complaint I had was the wifi was absolutely horrible. It kept lagging and cutting in and out. The view is nice and there is plenty of room to roam. We fished the pond one day and didn't really have much luck but it wad nice to have the access to a private pond. The driveway is very steep and not made for low sitting vehicles either.

Reviewer Comments: Amazing quite secluded the cabinet was a lot smaller than what I'm use to but perfect for the occasion It was quite hard to find at first. but once we found it, we were good there is nothing around in any of the towns to eat or shop but I'm always prepared when it comes to food and didn't book this trip to shop so we were good. for me it was a getaway from everything and that is what we did no cell phone signal Wi-Fi was very limited nothing work on the tv for us, so we watched the complimentary DVDs they had the bed were a little hard and too small for both of us, so we slept on the chair over all we enjoyed ourselves thank you for a romantic getaway...
