Great stay!

The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. The location of the property is very conveniently located to lots of stores making it an easy 5 minute walk to go shopping, or a very cheap Uber/Lyft ride. House was tidy and fit exactly what we needed for 5 adults staying for a few days. Highly recommend!

Perfect for us!

It worked so well to stay here close to where we were going. It was just perfect for our three kids and my husband and I. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had everything there that we needed.. wonderful place. Thanks again..

Great stay.

The house was perfect, as described. The property managers were great and went the extra mile to fill our needs. We had asked if there was any way of getting a couple of chaise loungers for the pool as we expected to spend a lot of time on the pool deck. The next morning they delivered 2 brand new chaise loungers that they had just purchased, fantastic!

Golfing get away!

We were a good distance from All of the golf courses we wanted, Big Wick, Quintero, Gray Hawk and Boulders. Very spacious, all the amenities you would want. Two grocery stores 5min away. Perfect for us. Host stayed in contact and was very available via text. Made it to airport in 23min.

Great location and access to activities

Overall great property for access to many local activities. Walkable to desert trails with beautiful views for morning walks, biking, and running. Easy access to Cave Creek restaurants and businesses. Hiking and golfing all close by. The back patio overlooks additional desert scape that provides privacy. The house has an open floor plan and feels spacious - the only caveat is the limited quiet spaces for those needing to do work. Hosts were excellent - responsive to questions, quick to follow-up, and provided local recommendations for dining, etc.

Perfect

The house was in a great location, nice neighborhood, close to stores, gas, etc. Open land down the road was great for walking our dogs. Love that it was dog friendly, but you couldn’t tell that another dog had been there. Very clean. Had to contact the property managers a couple of times, easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. Bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, etc. Huge master, and plenty of closet space in all! Overall, a very nice stay, looking forward to coming back!

Great location and hottub but bare bones otherwise

Enjoyed--location and hottub were Excellent (biking out the door and hiking close; hottub just outside!). Otherwise there were items missing from the get go, esp in the kitchen: no cutting board, knife set or scissors, can opener, or food storage containers, wrap or baggies. Also nearly zilch in the condiment department--barely any coffee, olive oil, etc., and a completely bare refrigerator (that may be ok, yet disappointing with virtually nothing in the cupboards either). One must either purchase Everything or bring it themselves for much cooking. It was immediately made known to the hosts of missing essentials and most were brought or delivered to the home. Another example of "bare bones" was the One box of kleenex for a two story, three bedroom place:(. I personally did not enjoy not being able to get any local tv stations for news or programs; only "smart" streaming was available in the main/livingroom and although advertised online as "All TVs Smart", the Master bedroom tv was Not/only antenna driven so had very few options:(. Also the fireplace did not work. Went over this with the host and although I helped him understand the pilot light, the gas never ignited with the switch, thus did not work. It would've been nice ambience and a little pleasant, extra heat for the two cold weekends I was there. Also very disturbing was the sharp and dangerous cactus that nearly obstructed the front entry and hottub in back. Hosts were good but Not "super". Good stay tho:)

Home was in a very nice area, close to everything. We felt it was not very well appointed. Upon arrival we noticed no decent blow dryers, iron, ironing board, wine glasses and limited wash cloths (four in the entire home). The hot tub was dirty, (and small-uses a 110 plug-doesn't hold heat well when in use, has small pebbly stones leading to it which is part of the reason it's dirty), the bathroom sinks had a small amount of water under them (enough to wet items stored there), the refrigerator beeps about every 15 minutes (needs a filter changed??), landscaping needs attention. The home just needs a little TLC-maybe an area rug to soften it, some throw blankets, carpet on stairs cleaned (or replaced), new lighting in bedrooms. It was generally clean and the manager was more than helpful. Shanna (manager) and her husband responded to our needs quickly. She delivered anything we requested (so now there are more wash cloths, dish towels and cloths, blow dryers and an iron/ironing board) and got the hot tub serviced/cleaned as well. She is aware of the leaky faucets but for any more than they were leaking, we didn't feel we wanted to ruin our vacation by having more service people in, so quite possibly that issue is fixed as well. My general feeling is that the owner is responsive to guests needs; reading this review may be all he needs to add a few more amenities. If that's the case I think this would be a nicer rental. Like I said previously; the area is nice and we enjoyed our visit to Cave Creek. There is a grocery within walking distance and drug store, gas station, etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within fifteen minutes is a wonderful shopping area with tons of dining options and stores. If you go to this area I suggest checking out the bull riding at The Buffalo Chip in downtown Cave Creek. It's there two nights a week and is worth the visit!

The house was as advertised. Clean and comfortable for group. Our host was extremely responsive to our questions while we were at the house.
