Well appointed roomy property with lots of amenities

The house is roomy and nicely furnished. It has lots of amenities for entertainment like hot tub, pool table and games. We were very comfortable in the house.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax after hiking in the mountains or coming home after a day in Asheville. It’s a short 15-minute drive to Asheville but also less than 5 minutes to some delicious restaurants and breweries in Weaverville for days you want to stay closer by. The hot tub and pool table were definite highlights and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended!

The perfect stay with tons of space!

This house is a quick 10-minutes away from downtown Asheville and it's absolutely perfect! Nine of us stayed here without feeling like we were on top of each other. They have tons of amenities to stay entertained, including cornhole boards and a pool table. The hosts were extremely generous with allowing us to check-in a little early and were very quick in responding to my questions. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I hope to one day do so again!

Spacious and comfortable home

This house had a lot of space. It was nicely furnished and clean with a nice amount of supplies provided. Maybe a 12-15 minute drive to Asheville and 20 minutes to Biltmore and Grove Park inn. We had minor issues with wasps and light bulbs out, but a phone call resulted in prompt attention to these matters. I recommend this listing.

Vacation

Overall the place was great. I would suggest prior to guest arriving someone make sure TV’s are working with remotes. Also not enough kitchen towels. Ice maker would freeze up but we got it to work. Thank you.

Good but could be great with a few improvements

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the road. The bedroom through the bedroom was cold and over the garage so this should be made known as it was t extreme weather yet and our boys were freezing in this room. Also great amount of cookware and good knives in the kitchen. So appreciated. There were only 7 large plates and about the same small so this was difficult as the size of our party was larger than seven. The home was very clean, the new hot tub nice and when we needed extra towels they were brought right away. I blame the booking agent and not the hosts for the house not being a perfect fit for our family because after paying in full another property decided to take their home off the market until Spring. In order to keep our booking this house was offered. It was a nice house just the one bedroom really should not be fully counted and the dishes to eat on were not enough for our size. If you are a party of 6 or less this house is very nice and the host attentive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were moved to this house after having an issue in the first house we rented (many thanks to the quick attention of the property management company!), and were so pleased that this one was even better than the one we originally booked. This beautiful home had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation: plenty of space, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, games, books, hot tub, pool table, plenty of parking, and all kitchen tools and appliances you could need. I only wish we had more people with us to enjoy it as our family of 4 didn't even use all of the space!

Nice get away

This property was great! It had everything we needed and more. The location is great with a grocery store nearby and just a short drive to downtown Asheville. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Weaverville

Home is large and spacious with comfortable beds. Close to Asheville which was nice. Overall clean though spiders and webs were found in one bedroom and bug/cockroach problem in guest bathroom and bedroom. Hot tub was new but chemicals were not working and water was murky and smelled. After contracting property managers we were told to treat it with the chemicals in the shed. My son who understands hot tubs spent 2 hours trying to get it balanced however the correct chemicals were not available. The sticks were expired as well. As a renter we shouldn't have been responsible for treating the tub. Had to contact manager as no propane in tank for fireplace. No ice maker. Overall, disappointed in this choice as rental for my husband retirement celebration,

Great house

Pros: mostly everything, comfy beds, nice rooms, location to surrounding towns. Great porch area, and communication Cons: It's technically 3.5 baths not 4. Not a big deal at all just kind of a heads up. Would return.

Kid friendly

Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. There was an entire bedroom downstairs that we didn’t even end up using! Master closet is big enough for a nursery pack and play set up. Hot tub was a huge hit with the kids! The yard is steep, though, so we had to keep the little ones really close when playing outside. Very easy to get to the wildlife center and to downtown Asheville. Very well stocked kitchen… they had plenty of dishwasher pods, dish towels, and other conveniences that are often absent at rentals.

Family Wedding and Breakfast

We have a large family and this house was great! A lot of room to spread out. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a family breakfast following the wedding and the large kitchen met our needs. Outside space allowed for us to enjoy each other outside. Close proximity to grocery store really helped. We definitely would go back to this house.

perfect mountain get-away close to the city

Seven of us gathered for a bachelorette weekend and were delighted by everything about the property. It was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several large meals, the hot tub was a treat in the snow, and the view of the mountains from the front porch was super peaceful, and the living room was large enough for us all to practice yoga together. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were immediately responsive to any communication. We are looking for a reason to come back!

Only ONE downside: location; the hill to get to the house was a bit treacherous; I do strongly advise arriving in the light of day. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Jeancarlo and Michelle are so friendly! They communicated swiftly with us at every turn. We had some power issues at the front of the trip and they responded immediately even coming out to the property to fix the issue that day. The home was beautiful and the pictures matched perfectly! We were super grateful to find that they'd set up a Christmas tree for our holiday visit - we were able to put our presents under it and celebrate as if we were at home. Each of the living areas were great sizes including the amazing master suite. We were able to use the fire pit with the logs that were provided. Though we didn't get in the jacuzzi was up and running for us. Instead, however, we had fun on the pool table. All four cars fit well. And the dining area provided ample space for all adults and children. Though in the distance and cut up by a few trees, the mountain view was simply a cherry topper.

Wonderful home to get away!

We had a family vacation with our kids and grandchildren. The house was large for us to spread out. They had a baby gate for the stairs which helped with our two youngest at 14 months and 2 years. The house was beautiful and furnished well. The hot tub in the master was wonderful to soak in. The grands enjoyed the hot tub outside. We used the fire pit and cornhole game. We were hoping for snow but enjoyed our week stay anyway. Thank you for being very responsive to my questions.

Girls Getaway

This was a wonderful home. Very clean and beautiful. We had seven adults and this house had more than enough room. Perfect adult rental. Owner is top notch.
