This professionally furnished 7 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom home in Windsor Island Resort is close to Disney, shopping, dining, and major attractions. This property has a maximum occupancy of 15 guests and features a private pool & spa, game room, and themed bedrooms (Disney, Harry Potter, Princess).

Lovely property. Pretty much as expected. Things we liked, that we could all be together instead of I’m multiple hotels rooms. It easily accommodated us and gave each adult/couple their own bathrooms. PROS- the kids liked the game room garage and it was nice that they could go out there and be loud. The house has the great clubhouse that has the amenities such as lazy river, waterslide, splash pad and miniature golf. Just be aware there’s no outside food or drink and of course like all vacation things that inside food and amenities you pay for are a little pricey. The decor and rooms are very cute and fitting for whatever adventures you’re in town for. We loved the themed rooms. The kids spent way more time in the small private pool than they did at the clubhouse. The company is very responsive to messages.CONS: some basic necessities aren’t provided. While basic utensils, serviceware, pots, pans are provide provided things that you may find at a more Mom and Pop style VRBO are not. We were there for eight days and there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was a few garbage sacks, but no extras, and no coffee filters. I recommend doing a Walmart order or quick grocery trip upon arrival. If you plan on cooking, add a cooking oil and salt and pepper to your list. Overall I would recommend.

The house theming was great and all the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved the pool and spa area, and spent lots of fun time in the game room too. Overall, the stay went extremely well, but when we did have a couple small issues, the property management team was extremely easy to get in touch with, and went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this home to a family looking to enjoy the house in addition to spending time at nearby parks 😉

Very happy with our stay!

The house was exactly as described, very clean. It is located in a very safe gated community, with free mini golf, heated pool, gym and arcade room at the clubhouse. Location is near Disney, around 45 minutes to outlets, airport, and Universal. I wish there had been fewer emails/text messages sent as the information was repetitive, otherwise very satisfied.

The home was beautifully decorated and so well taken care of. We loved every single themed room and the theater area in the loft was perfect for our family movie nights. The resort was also just a few minutes away and gave us plenty of fun things to do from our days off at the parks. We will certainly be back next year!

Absolutely Great Property

The start of the trip started rocky immediately with a showing happening as we pulled in, after the 4pm check in time. The management responded immediately and apologized. It definitely seemed more like a realtor problem. We did not have any problems after. The management responded quickly to any questions and even shipped shuffle board dust immediately. We had 12 people staying and every single person had an amazing time and raved about the house and resort area. The resort pool was always clean and the optional activities for the kids were fun (sand bracelets, slime, games). Parking at the resort pool was always available. This housing community is close to so many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and only 30 minutes from all the major attractions. This is our second time staying in this community and it never disappoints!

Nice property.. BUT

The property is nice and placed in a beautiful community. The property though could use a walk through to address a few non operating vital amenities. The washer was not working, which was very frustrating to find out after you’ve loaded it and applied detergent. The main game in the game room wasn’t working and the HVAC in the garage wasn’t working, which made it uncomfortably cold on the 1st floor. Above all, the property was nice and we still enjoyed our stay, I just didn’t expect to have these inconveniences on my vacation. Also, the holders for remotes that was on the wall was falling off. The property just needs some TLC prior to booking families traveling there for a stress free vacation.

Rest assured, we have a maintenance team that performs inspections prior to each guest arrival and after each guest stay and these items were not reported as issues. We reached out multiple times during your stay to check on your reservation, but unfortunately we did not receive any communication from you in regards to these issues. We would have otherwise sent out our team to quickly resolve these issues so that you could have a stress free vacation. For future, please be sure to use our text service, main line or email to communicate any questions/concerns/issues during your stay. Stunning, clean home
