Featuring a self-contained cottage and a separate tiny home built on an original 1957 International Harvester farm truck, sleeping options are bountiful at Ithaca Farm. Soak up the peace and quiet inside and out or immerse yourself in nature and explore the grounds with sheep and alpacas.
Providing guests with ultimate rural seclusion, this rustic farm stay is the perfect group retreat just outside Mudgee. Breathe in the fresh air and stunning rural views while you lounge on the front verandah or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco amongst lush surroundings. A fenced yard near the cottage ensures your furry friend is securely contained.

Inside the cottage, feel right at home in the cosy living area overlooking the surrounding farms and paddocks. Light up the wood-burning fireplace, lounge around on the leather sofas or browse our collection of reading materials and board games. The ducted evaporative cooler in the living area ensures a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere. The fully-equipped, modern-but-country style kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher and espresso machine, while the tiny truck offers a kitchenette to prep and cook simple meals at home. A high chair is available for those travelling with the little one. Catch up on work emails or have a quick bite to eat at the island bench; while a six-seater dining table off the kitchen makes it easy to gather for meals together.

Three bedrooms in the cottage each offer plush queen beds sleeping up to six. The main bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower, wall-to-wall vanity and a separate toilet, while the second bathroom is newly renovated and offers a spacious shower, country vanity, and modern toilet. In-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available for guest use.

Compact but well-stocked, the tiny truck offers a comfy queen bed situated under exposed rafter beams and skylights with blackout blinds. A TV caters to your entertainment needs, while a Dyson fan, portable AC unit and electric heater keep you comfortable year-round. The bathroom features a shower with an instantaneous gas hot water system, a timber vanity with sink and a composting toilet. There is plenty of parking available on the property.

Please note that the property includes multiple dwellings. The tiny truck is located in a separate paddock with its private driveway and parking, separate from the cottage. While each space offers privacy, the overall property is shared and not exclusive to your stay.
