Super-comfortable, rural studio/cottage accommodation near Waihi Beach

Situated on a private road amongst scenic orchards just 15kms from Waihi Beach, Titoki Cottage offers well appointed accommodation near New Zealand’s avocado capital, Katikati.
Ideally suited to a couple, Titoki Cottage provides studio-style, self-catering accommodation with a large sunny deck, a well equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided and laundry facilities are available on request.
Located just 1.5 kms off SH2 the cottage is ideally placed for a relaxing break, exploring the local area or using as a base for day trips to attractions in the wider Western Bay of Plenty, Coromandel and beyond.
Please note that as the cottage is situated on a working orchard, it is not suitable for children or pets.
Guests are welcome to take a stroll around the property and enjoy the picturesque grounds and abundant birdlife. Access to the coast and inner Tauranga harbour is available within a short drive where there are a number of scenic walk-ways and reserves.

Excellent little cottage tucked away from the world. Super quiet and very relaxing. Not far to drive to all your favorite spots in Waihi beach or Waihi. Owners are on site, but you would not know they are there. Fully recommend.

Rest and relax

This was a lovely place to stay, quiet, very comfortable and attractive. We had everything we needed and Niki made sure she was easy to contact. Was a short drive to the beach and other amenities. Would highly recommend to other people. Great shower!

Perfect

Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out. Quiet Spot

Titoki Cottage was a lovely place to stay. Friendly host, clean and nicely decorated cottage. Close to Katikati but a very peaceful location.

absolute delight

Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . Thanks Niki for a lovely stay
