With four generous bedrooms to house even a large family, this beautifully furnished and decorated property offers many wonderful amenities. The dining room table seats 10 and the home features a bar that seats five as well as a large deck with tables and chairs. Its interior is a mix of bright and airy and warm and cozy, with wood ceilings and floors paired with modern fixtures. The luxurious master suite is fit for royalty, with a king bed, private jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

The property is perfect lazy afternoons with access to a commercial propane grill, an outdoor hot tub that seats six, and a fenced yard. Guests who would prefer to stay in will enjoy the foosball table, two 42" HDTVs with premium HD service & Showtime, two DVD players, and a Nintendo game cube with 47 games.

Guests can take advantage of hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoe, and sledding trails just a few steps away. Heavenly Valley and multiple resorts, casinos, and beaches just minutes away from this beautiful home, too! Visitors are welcome to rent a vehicle to make travel easy – the home offers a two-car garage along with extra parking during the summer time.

The reservation is not confirmed until the contract is signed and a copy of a valid I.D. is sent in. This is required by the Sheriff’s department.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
