Weekend getaway

House was very clean and very functional for a small family. Has a great view of the lake off the front porch. Laura was awesome to deal with and answered all questions.

Good times

The place is beautiful, it is nestled between the main lake and a cove. The view was beautiful. The neighborhood was really nice and the boat launch was only minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. Laura the property manager did a great job communicating with us about the property and the area.

The studio is very nicely done with plenty of room. A nice view from the front deck and a canal in the back where we tied our boat up with easy access to the lake.

Very Restful vacation

Host could not have been more helpful. Nice bungalow on the lake, views of the water from front and back door. Very private, quiet, serene with place to fish off the bank, go for a walk, sit on the covered deck, or gather around the fire pit. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, provided all the extras- welcome basket with snacks, toiletries and paper goods, very thoughtful. Perfect place to getaway for a couple or small family. Very attentive host.

Perfect spot & beautiful view!

We love this property! Everything is clean & new. It’s well stocked with items you might need or want to use. The view & grounds are enjoyable with convenience of town a few minutes away. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful cottage & view!

We had a wonderful time & the cottage had everything we could have needed but our food to cook. It is well stocked w/all amenities, including coffee bar. The owners & caregivers are wonderful people & was very helpful. We even had access to a golf cart♥️😎♥️

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with all new appliances & completed updated everything! Our host, Laura, sent my hubby a bottle of wine for his birthday- we sincerely appreciate it. We stayed with our two toddlers and baby. It was the perfect camping experience but with added luxury! So many small details that made the stay so special. We brought our golf cart. The neighborhood had the perfect beach-like spot for the toddlers to play in. We even used the kayak provided!

Comfortable and Relaxing

We found the studio to be very clean and comfortable. The welcome snacks and wine were a surprise and made us feel like someone knew our individual taste! Everything we needed was already there. It was like home away from home. We loved the view of the water out on the front porch and enjoyed the peace and quiet! We do plan on revisiting this studio in the near future!

Beautiful serene place!

Don’t wait to book this!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!! I love going fishing with my husband but don’t want to stay in a “camp” so this place is my new favorite. Super clean, well appointed, contemporary appliances, and easy floor plan. Everything you need with extra special touches!! The owners are so easy to deal with. Great communication and they truly want you to enjoy your stay! We immediately booked another property of theirs!

Peaceful

The trip was fantastic and relaxing. We walked into a clean inviting home. The snacks were a great surprise! The house had everything you could think of ( games for the kids, every type of spice, coffee, creamer, wagon, wood for the fire and much more) The view was breath taking. The kids enjoyed fishing in the back and exploring. They also loved our daily trips in the golf cart to turtle beach. We highly recommend this place.

This cabin was by far one of our favorite lake stays ever. It was an absolute perfect place after a long day of fishing with excellent accommodations and cleanliness. The neighbors were very welcoming and it’s located inside a safe neighborhood. We loved the updated shower, furnishings, coffee station, and outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The view was a huge bonus! It’s absolutely breath taking. A very peaceful place to rest lake side. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Cottage

We had a wonderful stay, cottage was perfect. Beautifully settle in Turtle Beach area of Toledo Bend. Host reach out before our trip, so we were prepared for our cottage. Had no surprises. Can not say enough about Laura and the neighbors in the area. So welcoming and friendly. The extra touch’s to the cottage were much appreciated, was well stock with many little extra’s . Coffee ,cream spices and etc. The Anniversary card and extra’s were not expected but very much appreciated. Surly, a must do again.

Perfect little get away!

We had a great weekend experience! The property is tucked away, but there are homes next door so it isn't completely isolated (but still plenty of room and privacy). The rental was amazing with top of the line appliances/amenities. The host thought of everything to make the stay that much better. The rental was stocked with basic cooking supplies, coffee, cooking essentials, and more. The only thing to note is that the property doesn't have direct access into the lake, but there is a channel in the back that can be accessed directly. There is a boat launch right up the road for direct access though! We will definitely be returning! Absolute great experience!

Beautiful location

The property was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. I tournament fish, and stay at many different places along toledo bend. This has been the absolute best so far. The cabin have e every mondern convenience youvcan think of. Golf cart, kayaks, huge front deck area with seating around a fire pit. Huge sliding front and and side doors. Full kitchen, with everything, even snacks. The snacks were great especially if you are on keto, or a diabetic. This was a big plus for me, since i eat that lifestyle mostly, and rarely stores in the area either dont carry that, or closed when you get snacky. The bathroom is where my wife fell in love. From the rain shower head, to the fully digital mirror above the sink. We will not stay at any other place from now own.

Sensational!!!!

Where do I begin with our wonderful experience at Laura’s bungalow? First of all, superb communication prior to regarding check in procedure , rules, parking, etc. -very thorough! Next, the inside was super, super clean (thank you!!!), so many extras like coffee pods, snacks, soaps, lotions, high end candles, just to name a FEW (lots more!) The decor was lovely along with comfortable bed and sofa. Appreciate the drapes to block out the light and for privacy, yet also loved the option to open and bring in the brightness of natural light during the day. Great desk area for a work station. Access to washer and dryer and ALL the supplies as well!!! Truly incredible experience. I have zero doubt if I’m ever back in that area, this is the only place for my husband and me!! Also, wonderful couple two doors down who were sensational as well!! Hands down will not disappoint 🙌👍👍👍
