Delightful Cottage-Style Condo above the garage welcomes 1 to 2 guests looking for a cozy island retreat. This open concept condo has a quaint little kitchen with apartment size appliances, giving you the conveniences of home; refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven, all in a neat little package. The living space has a loveseat sofa and television that can also be viewed from the queen size bed. The bathroom is comfortable and efficient with shower only; no tub. The full size washer and dryer are located in the garage below. Two parking spaces are for this condo; one in front of the garage bay on the left, the 2nd inside the garage; only on the left side. This condo above the garage is located in the Historic District of Old Town. The land space is shared with the 3 bedroom 2 bath main house of 1016 San Fernando Street.

*Please Note: This property is perfect for your furry family member; 1 well behaved - potty trained dog - 3 years or older - under 40 lbs with the required non-refundable pet fee and signed pet policy.
