HOUSE RULES:
- ONE DOG up to 60 pounds permitted - NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED
- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind
- No parties or events
- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- Minimum age to book is 25
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
- Dogs must be crated while in the home alone per owner request.
- No charging of electric vehicles is permitted.
- 29 day minimum due to city regulations.
