Snug, warm, quiet, clean space. Lots of on-street parking close by. Multiple coffee houses and restaurants (and a full size supermarket) two or three blocks away. Nearby bus stop for #4 and #13 bus lines that take you to Seattle Center (Space Needle) and Pike Place market. Washer and dryer a big plus!

Great place convenient to all the popular Northside neighborhoods, right in Queen Anne. Street parking was easy, apartment is quiet and has a thoughtful design and all the amenities you could need.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was safe and very walkable to the Queen Anne cafes/shops. I ended up staying by myself, yet I felt completely safe in this rental. The manager was friendly, responsive, and respectful, and he took my feedback enthusiastically when I made a couple suggestions for increased privacy (i.e. adding window covering to bathroom because it is just fogged glass, adjusting center beam on bed because it slips positioning). The place was clean and only had one entrance (i.e. completely separate from the main house) which is what I wanted. It was just the right size for me to have a separate sleep area from the main living area but still cozy. I recommend having a brief explanation of the gate in the check-in notes because it took me a couple minutes to figure out how to operate the latch system (which is simple once you realize how it works). I was so happy with my stay overall and would definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

In addition to the clean and comfortable space in a great location, the owners were incredibly helpful and worked with us when we had extra requests due to our travel schedule. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Clean, comfortable and cozy!

Unit was very nicely appointed and clean. The little things like extra outlets and light sensors floor lights plus heated flooring in bathroom make for a very pleasant stay. The owner was super nice and responsive. Location was excellent, lots of great restaurant’s and shops within walking distance. We will certainly rebook this gem when in town again.

Perfect & Accessible Apartment in Queen Anne!

We had a wonderful time in Queen Anne! Skyler was incredibly accommodating when we requested an early check-in. The home was spotless. The kitchen included everything you could need for a stay. And it was such a treat having a bath after a long day of walking around Seattle. The home is in such a lovely neighborhood. It's walking distance to 2 grocery stores and so many delicious cafes! Not to mention a super short walk to both a trolley and bus that will take you down to Pike Place, the Seattle Center, and the light rail to the airport. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future! :)

Lovely property in walkable Queen Anne

Small and fitted out with just about everything other than a dishwasher. Owner checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was okay. Very convenient to Queen Anne Ave which is less than 5 houses away. Since it is the basement of the house you do get some noise from above- walking about, vacuuming, etc. Also be careful as it is on the way to/from Hwy 99 ramp so cars tend to zoom by. Would definitely stay again.
