Cozy cabin with immaculate yard, food and services nearby totally great!! One recommendation would be for some full bed-sized blankets in the winter for those who do not need the heat of a thick comforter. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great Weekend

The house added to a great weekend and New Year's. The house is basic, but that is all you need with a great outside area and amazing ocean views. We look forward to our next stay.

Loved our stay - Charming home and yard

Loved our stay at this home. It's an older home with a lot of character. The location and views are wonderful. There is stair path so you can easily access the beach. It's also walking distance to shops yet private. Yard is beautifully landscaped. I will most likely re-book this place if we come back again.

Wonderful Stay

The title says it all. We had the best time with our 2 dogs relaxing in this great home with a beautiful view. The neighbors were lovely and the place was perfect. The beach is just a short walk down the road and the view is spectacular. Recommend to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing trip.

Sweet spot on the bluff

Sweet little cottage on the bluff above Seacliff State Beach offering everything you need plus panoramic views from a lovely garden. Pet friendly, too! Short walk to restaurants including Manuel's, Pizza My Heart, Sno-White Drive-In, and Marianne's Ice Cream, just to name a few. Just as short a walk to the beach, right near the famous (now sunken) cement ship.

The house was alittle out dated. No dishwasher' most of the plugs didn't work, but over all it was a great trip. The yard was beautiful. We did have to stay while a plumber came to work on the leak under the kitchen sink.It was interesting how there was a small frig that you had no access to be able to use.

Perfect Beach house

When we walked into the Property it was incredible! Big private back yard with an ocean front view! The house was perfect with big windows to see and hear the ocean. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Heat worked great with a fireplace too! I’m definitely going back! Great rental service through Kendal & potter. Amber was very helpful!

Fantastic ocean views! Great yard for pets except they had a vole problem which drove our dog nuts! The place wasn’t as clean as it should be for the price. The grill was filthy, bathroom needs some bleach, there was no tub mat which is needed because it’s a slippery tub, mold growing around the tub, stain in toilet, some dirty dishes. Overall they need to do some upgrades or lower the price! We made the management company aware of all of this but weren’t offered any kind of credit.

Great views

This is an old-fashioned two bedroom, one bath house on a spectacular lot overlooking the ocean. House is very clean. Kitchen is tiny, but one of the best stocked kitchens for cooking that we've had on VRBO. Fenced yard is great for well-behaved dogs and beautifully landscaped. The dogs enjoyed the sun while we enjoyed the view. A quick walk down the Beach Gate stairs to the beach. If you're looking for lunch or coffee, Castelli's is a quick walk and has great sandwiches (try the Cement Ship) and coffee and sweets.
