Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a two bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

Perfect location

This property was just a short distance from downtown and was perfect for walking everywhere. The unit was nicely renovated and had everything we needed.

Love that it is walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg! The only complaint we have is the hot water. After one shower, there was no hot water for a couple hours. But overall a beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Highly recommend!

Overnight stay in Gatlinburg

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and walkable distance to all the local sights. Only issues we had was maintenance on the condo . We were traveling with 18 month old and the master bedroom was missing outlet cover on electric plug in. And the smoke detector was taken down and placed on the top of clock above fireplace leaving all the wires exposed for it. And light bulbs in living room several that were out .So for the price we paid I expected a better kept condo. Will not stay again for those reasons.
