Very pleasant, nicely-updated 2 BR 1 BA downstairs apartment, walk to everything.
This recently renovated downstairs apartment is ideally located in the heart of Bar Harbor village. It offers walking convenience to local shops, restaurants, the grocery store, and town parks. You're also just a short stroll away from the famous tidal sandbar, "The Bar," which connects the village to Bar Island. It's the perfect home base for exploring the village on foot or by bike, and for venturing out to Acadia National Park either by car or via the free Island Explorer bus system from the nearby Village Green.
Queen bedroom, 2 twins bedroom, full bath. Window AC in dining room (in July & Aug).
Off-street parking for ONE vehicle; additional metered parking and remote lot access nearby.
Weekly Rental: Saturday-Saturday bookings.
No Pets. No Smoking.
Rates include the cost of normal departure cleaning.
All houses are fully equipped, including linens and dishes. No pets, no smoking anywhere on this property.
Refundable security deposit, 9% Maine State Sales Tax and a $25 nonrefundable booking fee are not included in the rental rates shown.
Although rates and calendars are updated online routinely, prices and availability are subject to change without notice, pending owner confirmation.
