Sparkling clean, free wifi and a super comfy stay. Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment.

The space:
Undercover deck off the main dining area overlooks the pool.
Super comfortable beds (1 queen size bed and 1 king single in bedroom and double size sofa bed/pull out couch in lounge. Children’s cot also available)
All linen supplied

I needed a place near to Erina both to visit my sister at Estia Healthcare and to work on a proposal. My previous VRBO place had been closed and so I had to find another option; much to my relief this was a great option! It was extremely close to Estia, and had good internet. It actually turned out to be an ideal nest - a connected small house but with a separate entrance, and access to a pool, Extremely well built and provided me the level of quiet and focus that I needed.I found the kitchen well-appointed and the furnishings and layout excellent, and with a nice view from the porch of the pool and a prolific lemon tree. Even though the main house held young children and a bustling life, I really was never bothered, or heard anything.It was perfect as a quiet place for 1, but it also would be a great hangout for a couple planning to go to Terrigal beach, only a.few minutes away.I very much recommedn this, and would be pleased to come again.Tony Pryor

Great Couples Getaway

Very cosy stay, close to Terrigal beach and Erina Fair shopping centre. Very convenient and nice neighbourhood. The pool was clean and very nice. Thanks Laura for a great weekend away!

Perfect accommodation

Comfortable, clean accommodation

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home which was nicely furnished, very clean, and had an inviting atmosphere. Thank you for making us comfortable and checking in to make sure we had what we needed, we would recommend staying there to our friends and family any time 😊

A quiet neighbourhood with a homely feel

My 2 children and I had a lovely stay. The house was homely and furnished beautifully. Both Laura and Tom were both very friendly. We would highly recommend this house for your coastal get away.

Great setup - 1 bedroom with 2 beds, great for us with our toddler

Great, easy to find & comfortable- we didnt end up using the pool but was clean Lounge was comfortable with every size pillow but was great , my son had fun rearranging them all & had some toys to play with which was good for something different from what we have at home Close to erina fair & terrigal beach & esplanade - central location was a good place to stay

Had a wonderdul time

The property was cozy and clean , the area is so nice such a great location .. enjoyed the private swimming pool . Also property manager were so friendly , flexible and such a very respectful people to deal with . Overall rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hosts were great communicators and highlighted the check in process via email, but we were in surprise and disapointment as Expedia advertised the unit as 2 bedrooms and it actually was one bedroom unit there other site stayz apparently advertises as 1 bedroom, but this no help tonus as if you book through expedia it clearly outlines 2 bedrooms with photos to support yr booking.Then the couch we slept on as there was 1 bedroom missing wasnt in good shape as we had to stay, overall can do with a deep clean aswell, Expedia let us down big time on this trip with no one that can help with our queries
