Ther property is stunning! So well appointed, with everything you need. The deck and hot tub are beautiful for the sunsets. Pet-friendly and a perfect location for Sampson State Park and local wineries.

There was an issue with the fire pit. Contacted the on call manager, they had someone out the next day to fix it! Great little house to stay in.

Perfect for a lakeside getaway..beautiful outside seating area including comfortable chairs and firepit just steps out the back door. Great location to enjoy all that the lake has to offer, including wonderful sunsets and close to Geneva

Week near Geneva

We planned a week of cycling, hiking, kayaking and touring wineries. Loved the area, and the location was perfect. The weather was colder than we expected, so we spent more time indoors playing games, and also in the hot tub. The house was very comfortable for the five of us.

Everything you need for a getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend. The 3 season porch with the spectacular views made the rain day not so bad! Outdoor patio with shade tree was very enjoyable and the hot tub a bonus. Property stays on our list to visit again!

Nice long weekend stay

Immaculate home that had everything we wanted except air conditioning in the bedrooms (the only downside). Perfect location for us. Good amount of space for 4 adults with a great dock and a boat lift. Property management team is also very responsive and cared about our safety. Thank you for sharing this home.

1st trip to Finger Lakes

The cottage was perfect. Everything we needed and more! Kitchen well equipped and the back yard was fantastic. Gorgeous lake view. We spent many hours on the deck fishing and relaxing. Loved it! Vicky Lightfoot

Comfortable and Clean

Loved the accessibility to the lake. Property is laid out comfortably. Quiet neighbors. The only disappointment was household supplies unavailable. Had to purchase many items. Also hot tub was not working.

Hi Tom, thank you for providing this feedback. The attic fan is programmed to run continuously to circulate the air in that space. We do not have access to the attic, so we have reached out to the homeowner to request an inspection. There are no bats in the home. We are glad that overall you enjoyed your stay and hope that you will return to the Finger Lakes soon.

Perfect Pandemic Getaway

My husband and I visit the Finger Lakes every year. We usually go with a budget-friendly place, but decided this year to splurge a little bit since we knew our options might be a bit more limited due to the pandemic. This house was PERFECT for our group - 3 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and a dog. We loved the proximity to wineries and downtown Geneva, the direct access to the lake for swimming, the kayaks, etc. We were sad that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, but communication with the property management company about that was very easy and we were glad to get small refund since that amenity was not available. The space was impeccably clean, I loved having an in-house washer and dryer, and the accommodations were comfortable. We will definitely keep this house on our radar for future visits!

Great stay!

The house was very comfortable and the yard was very nice. We especially loved the backyard patio and hot tub. The stairs down to the water and dock were very steep concrete and would have been very concerning if I had small children. The dock was very nice, sturdy and relaxing. The water was shallow and warm, perfect for swimming and just floating. I am from a family of very avid fisherman and they were very disappointed with the fishing both from the dock and out on the boat. Even the locals say the fish population has declined over the last few years and its not the great fishing destination it once was. We still had a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. Our biggest complaint was we were only allowed 7 people at all times and 3 vehicles even though the parking space would have allowed for 4 or 5. We would have like to have more family as day visitors to enjoy the lake with us.

Gorgeous sunsets

Overall the property was very nice. You can tell the owners took more care in the outside of the house vs the inside. The backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the propane fire pit and the gorgeous view from the dock… the dock was amazing!! The inside was a bit rough in spots. You entered through the very dated kitchen and were greeted by burn marks on the floor. They gave us coffee, but no filters. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible by any means, but the pillows were awful. My recommendation is for the owners to upgrade the pillows and just include some coffee filters and it would be highly improved. If not, guests, just bring your own pillows! Other than this, we had a great stay. I do recommend this property, especially for dog owners!

Good...not great

The location was fantastic. The house is right on the water which was amazing for a morning sunrise coffee and sunset drink. The area was quiet and peaceful and offered no distractions. The inside however wasn't the best, the door knob fell off the only bathroom door the first day. The headboard on the bed was broken and constantly made noise. The house was fairly clean, however be prepared to bring everything from a hair dryer, extra towels, coffee filters, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and anything else you might need. The property company did provide dish washer pods... however there is no dishwasher. So I would recommend also bringing paper plates and disposable utensils. Entering the house was also difficult due to the screen door and kitchen door not opening all the way. We also had to send in multiple documents including dog vaccine records in order to book the property which was a bit annoying.

Great location and cute home. Only thing I would say is the blankets definitely smelled like dogs had stayed there so maybe wash or switch them out more often and the tv in the one bedroom couldn’t be seen from the bed so maybe just have it sit on the dresser or put it on a swivel mount to pull out to see. Other than that everything was great.

Perfect lake getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for our lake getaway. We had 7 adults and it was perfect for us. Our friends brought their boat and docked it there and everything was clean and easy! There was enough room for yard games and the sun room was perfect for board games. It was a very peaceful place to stay!
