Handy 1 bedroom spot

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Beside beach access. Walk to beach, bars, Fashion Island, Papamoa Plaza. Very close to cycle ways. 45 mins drive to Rototua, 10 mins drive to Mt Maunganui. Newly decorated with brand new appliances and furnishing. Deck and outdoor garden and dining area. Own entrance with back section.
The space
This is a sunny basement with your own entrance, yard ( not fully fenced) and outdoor dining area. It is beside a beach access so the occasional passers by. There is a quiet couple upstairs so you get a bit of muffled footsteps but no voices or TV sound. The upstairs has a balcony that can look over onto the yard but you can sit under that for privacy.
There is a washing machine drier combo, full hob, oven and fridge with icemaker. Everything including the linen and appliances are new.

All of the downstairs living and yard to yourself.

Kitchen fully equipped and oven stove top and full sized fridge with ice maker . All modern . Perfect Able to do laundry with modern washer/ dryer with option to hang outside .Lovely linenCould not fault this property it was excellent for our 4 night stay .Highly recommend 10/10

Neat and tidy place. Kitchen very well equipped. Loads of sunlight (even though the house is built into a hill). The people who live upstairs are very quiet, but because of the construction of this house it is possible to hear their footsteps, roller doors being opened, and their conversations. Extremely clean place. Comfortable bed. Good linens. Good location...close to beach, and to Lantern (an excellent restaurant). Highly recommended, unless you are sensitive to the sounds of neighbors.

Weekend away at the beach

Accommodation and location perfect for our stay; handy to Plaza, Beach and Restaurant. Accommodation fresh, clean and newly decorated throughout. Would thoroughly recommend as we definitely will be returning there.

Cute unit

Tidy, cute unit. Not clear instructuon, had to gi to a librsry ti Host , book in top shelf id closet, shoukd be in clear easy view. Had a issue of bad cat urine smell, had to sleep on fold out couch, uncomfortable. Host attempted to bot reimburse our stay we had to bring VRBO in too recover all our monies. Other than that it is a cute unit, . We take no glee in having to give a bad review. If a unit allows Pets there should be no rugs for pets to Territory mark on. Ower was aware of the smell and suggested we use oet spray from under the sink.

“Perfect Little Percy”

Just a short trip to Papamoa for the weekend and a perfect clean, tidy and warm place to stay! Close to everything we needed and super close to the plaza and places to eat. And a plus was being able to bring our little dog along with us 😁
