Just Beachy on Grant Place Papamoa Beach Pad

Just by the beach (1 minute walk to dunes) this very spacious, private beach pad has 1 bedroom and a queen size bed with all bedding, sheets, pillows, duvets supplied, plus 2 sofabeds in the lounge as well that open out into double bed. If you are using the sofa beds, bring your own sleeping bags, linen pillows duvets. One bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage. Fully furnished with lovely white linen and towels, plus duvets and pillows. Office desk and chair too.

5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive. Two golf courses 15 minutes drive

Great locationally, lots of space, and handy having a full kitchen. Although we found the place to be quite cold, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom area. Cute back yard with a space to put gear in the shed and hang laundry outside. Super easy check in, and parking. Thank you ☺️

Was just perfect for what I needed - location was super close to beach - Juanita was great host and communication was excellent. Would recommend and also stay here again.

Home was sized just right for us. Very close to the beach (just across the street). Quiet neighborhood. The host was amazing, helping us out with anything we needed.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Close to the beach and shops, great holiday spot. Clean, tidy and very well equipped. We're planning to go again next year.
