The Ultimate Modern Straddie Beach House

This property is a holiday rental and is not a principal place of residence with no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

On the top level is the parents retreat… King size bed with ensuite, wardrobe and a deck, perfect to sit and read a book or watch the whales go by.

On the middle level is the large open plan kitchen that flows through to the living and outdoor deck, the perfect indoor/outdoor balance. There is a BBQ on the deck. On this level there are also two bedrooms with a shared deck, family bathroom and laundry with access to the back yard.

The ground level there is a self-contained granny flat, with a modern kitchen, bathroom and two single beds (these can be pushed together at request to be a King bed.) There are Bi-fold doors and windows which open onto the large swimming pool. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Each room in this house is air conditioned and the property includes high speed internet and a smart TV with Netflix etc.

* No pets allowed.
* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

* Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by our Terms and Conditions which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website.
* This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
* This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Reviewer Comments: Great house for large groups well equipped kitchen although the downstairs separate apartment could do with a kettle and toaster. House could do with a good spring clean as dusty surfaces and sand and chocolate wrappers in the sofa bed, only one person could shower at a time as the water would run cold also just as an fyi the driveway is quite steep and there’s not much of a view from this side of the road. The pool would be great in the warmer months to cool off. All in all good value for a big group of people to share, nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn’t completely happy with our stay. I felt the cleanliness was an issue. The couch wasn’t clean, the pillows had fur or something else on them. The couch seat pillows would fall off exposing all this rubbish from other visitors in the couch. The vacuum wouldn’t pick up anything. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes well. Very dusty in parts of the home. The bins weren’t taken out on the Monday so we had issues with disposing of rubbish. The rug on the floor was so dirty. The pool was dirty on arrival with black on the bottom of it.
