Perfect Family Vacation!

This home and its property was like a dream! We traveled with 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 11) and we felt safe, we had tons of space and plenty for the kids to do. The location is convenient to so many things, we highly recommend Heritage Park! The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out, plus there are bunnies hopping around. There was a whole downstairs level we didn’t even use, which would have been perfect for our in-laws if they came with us. This house had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We cannot wait to come back again.

Awful experience

Got a $1,371 bill for the rental company claiming a stain on a mattress. They didn’t attempt to clean mattress. They purchased a new mattress next day and instantly billed my credit card.

Matt, upon inspection of the property we found multiple urine stains on one of the mattresses, rugs, and living room furniture. You or members of your party used a tablecloth from the home as a sheet for one of the beds and curtains from the windows as a pillowcase. Your party also removed the mattress protector from the bed, resulting in the mattress being unsalvagable. We discussed the damages with you over the phone and explained why you would be charged and for what amount.
