Issues with unit 105
A/C wasn't working. Unit was 79 degrees. Great maintenance man brought a cooling fan which brought down temperature to 76 degrees.
Had a 15 minute notice that water would be shut-off from 9:15-5pm to replace valves in their water line. And again the next day that we were checking out.
Unit had annoying signs everywhere. Common sense that we wouldn't do in our own home like "don't sit in furniture with wet bathing suits" "no smoking" "dont put suitcase on furniture".
Coffee pot shown in pictures, but no coffee in unit. Had to go to lobby every morning to ask for a pod.
Main reason we chose this unit was the washer/dryer in unit. I expected a laundry detergent pod. Had to purchase from lobby for $2 for a single load.
Also NO closets available. They were all locked. A set of hangers was provided hanging over the door on a bar which my husband hit everytime walking around to his side of the bedroom.
ZERO communication with the owner of the unit. Solely left to the property manager which the staff at the front desk were GREAT, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. Also BOTH maintenance men were professional and friendly. Sandcastle condos staff are wonderful.
The location was perfect. Close to the beach. Easy 2 minute walk from condo.
