With its stunning beachside location Beach Villa is a wonderful choice for your beachside holiday. Bring your extended family and friends to this spacious, 5 bedroom family home complete with tropical garden and a private swimming pool will ensure you and your family have a wonderful Gold Coast beach holiday experience!

Privacy and outdoor living are a major focus here, with high ceilings, ducted air conditioning, large bi-fold doors and kitchen windows all opening to the outdoor area creating a lovely, breezy alfresco environment. This of course opens out to beautiful swimming pool and well manicured lawn and garden area which is great for reading or catching a bit of sun.

Boredom is unimaginable here – with the luxurious pool, the spacious lounge area, the entertaining area out the back and of course the beach only 30m from the house, all the boxes are ticked for your perfect Gold Coast holiday.

The Gold Coast Theme Parks are only a short 15 – 20 minute drive from the property and with the ocean being so close to the Beach Villa you can sleep to the gentle sound of the lapping waves in the background.

This beautiful beachside home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday which will give you and your family wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

The Ultimate Getaway

We arrived and the ambience with jazz music playing was so welcoming ! From the time we booked and including our exit Luxico Concierge were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. All you have to bring are your clothing and food everything else is provided ! Will stay here again.

Family getaway

The property is a good size in a good area. It's let down by major local roadworks. The biggest disappointment is the property is tired. It's crying out for an update. So does the furnishings; it feels like the original 1980 furniture. The couch is in poor repair and very uncomfortable; it should be replaced immediately. For what we paid we were expecting a luxury stay, what we received was a tired 80's house.

Ok

Property is in desperate need of maintenance. Lots of little things, side fence is falling over, bin draw in kitchen needs new runners, couch was broken, outside heater next to bbq is rusty and we weren’t game to turn it on, side gate is broken. Big statue (Mr Tusky) is scary as hell and kids were scared in the night. Great location. Giving honest feedback. Thanks.

So much Potential.....

Excellent location a house with amazing potential but well in need of some TLC. We did enjoy our stay but the general consensus from the adults that stayed was: cleanliness was well below par and surface only, the wooden blinds were coated in grime in all the rooms from not been cleaned or dusted regularly, All the light shades were covered in dust and the windows filthy. The house is in need of a very deep clean. Both the indoor and outdoor gas fire places did not work at all which was a big disapointment being we love to BBQ and there was a lack of blankets in the house being winter. The lounge area was to small for our group and seating was not comfortable or spacious enough for 10 people. As for location 5 stars we loved this, directly opposite the beach for morning swims, handy to everything including great cafes and surf clubs. Overall we have paid alot less for alot more house wise and all agreed the house is dated and well overdue for an update.
