Girls weekend

The property was perfect for our needs. Communication was quick and helpful. The beach chair service was wonderful. The kitchen had all the gear you need, plus a few basics. Clean and comfortable, steps from the ocean. Already looking at dates for next year.

Family vacation!

The town home works so well for us! Being right on the beach makes it nice. Had a few issues while we were there but made contact with the owner and they were right on it trying to fix the problem and got them fixed.

Perfect Vacation

This property was perfect for the six of us! And we could’ve fit more. There was so much room on all three floors and the hangout space on the second floor was perfect And had the Best View! This property was so convenient to everything needed and Destin and has the cutest little restaurant next-door. Will, definitely be staying here again

Needs more than a remodel

Upon walking into the unit, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew and a huge dehumidifier running on the bottom level. The upstairs was nicely remodeled, however, our biggest concerns were the balconies and the upstair bathroom. The floor is soft in areas of the shower. The balcony is literally sagging in the corner and not safe to be in. The bottom balcony, which is roofed by the top balcony and is heavily bowed, was decent but the railing was moving quit easily and could fall with one forceful push. You can see the separation of the balconies from the actual house occuring. It's not safe! The front step is painted the same color as the porch and my family that has a sight disability kept tripping and almost falling. With all that being said, it is a good location, but for the high price of rent and safety of tenants, you would think that there would be more pride taking into consideration.

Nice Townhome

Great for extended families. Home was clean, well stocked and right on the beach. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. I would definitely return to this slice of paradise!

Wonderful stay and we will be back. Lots of room for our 10. Little older townhouse but well maintained and some remodeling done to kitchen and living room. So close to the beach and easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time here. The home was perfect for our needs. Super clean and comfortable with amazing views. This is truly the most beautiful beach we have ever visited. Having two balconies made it even more enjoyable!

Wonderful Getaway!

Great place for a family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities that you will need! Stores and restaurants were close by, if you needed anything or wanted to go out to eat. Could not beat being able to walk straight out of the house to the beach! Will recommend this place to others!

Great place to stay right on the beach

This property was very well kept up and the kitchen and living area were very updated and beautiful! Great view of the beach from the balcony and only steps to walk to the beach. It had almost everything we needed for our stay except food!! Lovely place and will likely be back with my family again next time!

Amazing beachfront location & views. Great for families.

The property worked very well for us, with two families. It had a great location, views & convenience to the beach, and was extremely clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The main level (living area) is beautiful and very comfortable. The 3rd and 1st floors feel dated and could use a refresh - though were still clean and comfortable.

Family beach wedding

Great location!

Loved the house! Worked out perfect for 6 of us. The house was well equipped for a week long stay if you wanted to grill or cook meals. AC works excellent so we all slept great. We ate several times at the restaurant “ Beach View” right beside the house, great breakfast and no driving!!! The views are spectacular! It’s right on the beach and the chairs are set up waiting for you at 8 am. It’s in an area that’s spaced out well so we had lots of room to play on the beach! Owner/manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice! We look forward to many stays here in the future.

Family Time!!!

This was an excellent experience. Everyone had a great time. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The host was very attentive. She rushed a new coffee maker to the home because it reportedly did not work. (It worked fine by the way). Free beach service was great too.

Sea and sand

We loved the location, house was wonderful. The only problem we had was heavy rain flooded the bottom floor, 2nd floor rain poured in thru the doors and 3rd floor small leak in roof in bathroom. Called property mamager informed her of the situation nothing was done. I did the best I could with towels, pans and rugs.

Location is perfection. Communication and property need some help.

Doors to balcony barely open and close. The roof in the master bathroom was leaking. The place needs updating. The location made it worth it!

Vacation Stay

I messaged Alison the morning of our trip to let her know that we were on our way and to see if she would let me know when we could check in. She messaged me pretty immediately. We arrived at the property early and checked in. The place was very clean, they had even left us waters in the refrigerator. The property was so convenient, walk out the back door to the beach, drive or walking distance to several restaurants. This place was perfect for our family! We will definitely book again. Hoping that this will be a yearly reservation. The Elmore Family!
