What our guests love about our place:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest.

- Our condo unit comfortably sleeps two people with one brand new King size bed
- Unit is on the third floor and is easily accessible with the elevator right next to the main entrance in the front lobby.

What potentially some of our guests don’t love that much about our listing:
⁃ Being in the heart of downtown and close to transit access points, although handy does mean the traffic that runs by it might disturb some light sleepers.
⁃ The apartment does not have a patio or balcony in the suite but has large windows to take in the City Views!
⁃ The apartment does not offer AC and can get hot during the summer months but fans are provided and leaving the windows open helps create a nice breeze!
- We have set up a portable AC for the hot summer months to help ease the heat.

It is the responsibility of the guest to throughly read through the listing and amenities before booking. Booking means you accept the terms and conditions of staying in this home. (Refunds will not be offered for anything that is stated in the listing)

Self check-in. Easily check yourself in with a virtual link at the front entrance and into the unit itself with our electronic lock on the front door of the condo unit.

Parking - 1 parking spot is available with a parking pass provided and you may chose to park in any stall on site. It is an outdoor parking lot located adjacent to the building.

Fantastic location & homelike feel

Very accurate description & pictures. Great location within walking distance for strolls around the river. Clean & comfortable. Full kitchen for meal prep & livingroom for relaxing away from the bedroom.

Excellent downtown location

Great property for a couple. All communication was eacellent. Everything was as described in the listing. Great location for walks in the park. Only about a 20 minute walk to Rogers Place to catch a game or great restaurants and bars. Would recommend to anyone looking at staying in the downtown area.

The suite was nicely renovated and clean. There was only 2 towels for a 4 night stay and when we requested more they quickly dropped off some but only 2- should have been about 4 or 6m My wife uses 1 for her body and one for her hair leaving me to use a hand towel! There was only 3 cups. As a result we had to rewash every day. The street noise was loud and constant all night long. Otherwise the suite was lovely and comfortable bed and pillows,

The suite is very nicely decorated and very clean. Very well appointed with all the amenities needed

The host is very responsive and immediately answered a few questions I had on check-in. The road can be a little noisy but the benefit is the ease of getting anywhere you need to go whether it’s downtown or near the university. Very centrally located for this purpose.

Very Cozy, great location

Me and my fiance had a great stay! The location is pretty central and it's easy to get around. The apartment was very welcoming and cozy, and the kitchen was very accomidating to our cooking needs! Communications from the host where also very clear which is always appreciated. Thank you again!

Hi there! My name is Samantha and I'm so excited to be hosting you. A little about myself and what brought me to Vacation Rentals. In May of 2021 my mom and I started our own interior design business, we've already done more than 30 properties and we're growing rapidly. We both love it and it made me want to host properties of my own, so here we are! We're big on attention to detail and we're here to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We have a wonderful team to ensure the property is always immaculate and amenity rich. When I'm not working on a property I love to spend time with my family, playing basketball, as well as spending as much time as I can with my Boston Terrier Lexi, who I adopted 2 years ago.
