Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Absolutely stunning views from this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

Situated on the 1st floor directly across the road from the beach, the apartment has 1 x queen bed and 1 x double bed, modern furnishings and overhead ceiling fans.

The complex features a swimming pool, half-court tennis court, and BBQ area. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes.

There is also an allocated secure carspace.

Linen provided.



This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:



▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours

▪️ General construction activity near some properties



While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

Close to everything you need, right on the beach, nice open spacious living and kitchen areas, would stay there again.... Only downside was No WiFi.....if you had teenage kids or had crucial business meetings while away, this would be a real concern

Great views and location

Very quiet neighbourhood lovely to sit and watch the world go by. Close to everything. Beach walks or follow the path to the lookout. This place was clean and tidy.

Nice stay

Was a very nice place and location was amazing. Just wish the carpets were updated, lots of stains and marks which made the apartment feel a bit outdated and grubby. Besides that everything else was stunning.

When I stayed it was lovely, everything you need while on holiday, right across the road from a stunning beach, only issue we had were people had smoked inside before our stay but we still had a lovely time. Great area still close to the city but away from all the lights and noise

Hot hot hot

Hot location. Perfect for the surfer beach bum. Love the area. Love the restaurants. Apartment is fantastic. The only small thing was no ac for the one stinky hot still night we had. We will definitely book and stay again.

Great location , apartment great but needs a lot of work to tidy up looking very tired , blinds not working , hot water not always hot , but still a good place to stay , would be great amazing with a little spruce up.

Great location

We wanted a beach front property while we were Getty our daughter settled got a semester abroad at Bond University. This was perfect. Less than a 15 minute drive from Bond while we got the perks of a beachfront property. The downstairs neighbors were a bit of a nightmare as they blasted their ‘60s music (To Sir With Love, Hey There Georgie Girl) for about 8 hours one day and were horrible when we asked them To turn it down a bit, but otherwise, the place was great.

Amazing location

The location and views are great! The apartment itself is fine for the price. Carpets a bit grubby and ran out of hot water after 2 showers. But as it’s cheaper than other places this was acceptable. Despite booking through bookabach, the payment process was not though bookabach at all but through a link that the property management sends you, which was confusing and felt very dodgy. You can’t let yourself in, and have to pick up the keys from the property managers office, which was fine for us but could be inconvenient for others so something to be aware of.

Run down, needs some love and care . Chipped plates , had to ask for extra towels , no blowaver and bath plug . No Doona cover and had a blood stain on it .Rusted lamp and toilet paper holder . No side table or lamp in second bedroom. Broken sunlouge by pool . Location was the only good feature . Would not stay again

Check in

This was the poorest check in procedure of any online booking we have dealt with in Australia and New Zealand over many years. We will alert family, friends and business associates of our experience with Burleigh Heads Letting Co. which required us to reconfirm all our details which had already been given on line with the booking and then proceeded to require us to collect keys from the office which was some distance from the apartment. When we went to the apartment the keys would not open the apartment and we had to drive back to the office to get a new key. There were cracked plates and cups in the kitchen utensils which is not acceptable on any account. Wine glasses had red stains in the bowl of the glass. Cutting boards are old and badly stained. The Glass table in the middle of the lounge is hazardous as people move around the room and miss seeing it. Bedroom 1 carpet stained. The view and location is excellent with kitchen table and chairs as well as balcony all ok. Lounge comfy. Access to beach easy. On the basis of this experience and the degree of difficulty in accessing the apartment and general condition of the apartment we will not be using Stayz again.
