Beautifully upgraded private 3,000 square ft. home located in Princeville on Kauai's spectacular North Shore. The main home consists of 3 bedrooms, 4th den room and additional studio ( available as an add on), large living area, gourmet kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment area, and 3 full baths (4 full baths with studio unit add on).
The spacious Primary Bedroom Suite is located off the main living area and is furnished with a Cal King bed, AC, TV, and large primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with 2 twin beds (can convert to a King upon request; fee applies) and a Queen. Guest rooms are located off to the right of the main living area with a shared bathroom. The library/den bedroom has a full-size futon couch (linens provided upon request).
Sliding glass doors from the large entertainment area open up to the backyard with a gas BBQ. This is the perfect home base to explore miles of heavenly beaches on Kauai's North Shore, biking, surfing, sunbathing, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, paddle boarding, shopping, dining, and more!
Beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach or Kalihiwai Bay is a ten-minute drive away. Head south to the Kilauea Lighthouse or north to the Ke'e Beach-scene for the famous movie "Bali Hai" or hike the famous Na Pali Coastline. Princeville Shopping Center minutes away also offers many restaurants, a grocery store, a public library and boutiques.
