Work trip

We all thought the house was very nice. Pool was heated and the pool table was a nice touch. My group was in the area for a job but I would definitely been happy if I picked this house for a family trip.

Family get away

The family wanted to get away after the holidays and we found the perfect spot. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax while be close enough to activities. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and even the family pet felt at home! Great house -

A Perfect Stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing.The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch VRBO experience!

It is a great and comfortable place. Even guest beds in living room were great. Also beds very comfortable. Outside chairs comfortable. If you need accommodations for this part of Manderin, PERFECT! Added attractions, pool & pool table.

Niece’s wedding

Our reservation at another place was canceled last minute and sent us scrambling for another place to stay. This place exceeded our expectations and our host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!

Very clean and spacious house!

Excellent communication with property owner. Clean and spacious house with all amenities needed. Great pool and lots of outdoor furniture! Easy check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Home

The home is clean, well furnished and stocked with house supplies providing a comfortable respite away from home. The host maintained upkeep of the premises, ensuring that the grass was cut and the pool cleaned, which we greatly appreciated. The pool table and backyard swimming pool were added bonuses to keep us busy. The host was courteous and responsive in communication. We will definitely return there to stay again, upon our return back to Jacksonville.

Home away from home

Right from the start of booking with Mark everything was incredibly smooth. The advertisement was accurate the pictures were 100% accurate. The communication was always prompt and friendly, I added my mom to the list of people staying with us last minute and he accommodated her very quickly. Even the pool guy cleaning the pool was so friendly and gave us great suggestions of things to see and do. It was myself, husband and 4 teenage kids plus my mom who stayed here, I must say the pool table was a huge hit with the kids during our evenings and of course the beautiful heated pool during the day. From the moment we entered the house it felt almost spa like. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to the day we can return for some R&R. Thank you so much for trusting us with your property!!

Quiet Neighborhood and Centrally Located

This was a quiet neighborhood and was 20-30 minutes drive to Orange Park, Oakleaf, and St. John’s. The house was very cute and exactly as seen in the photos. You do have use of the garage which was great!! There were smart TV’s in each room and the pool table was the right size where you didn’t have to worry about the pool sticks hitting anything. The communication and check-in process was easy and quick. The pool was heated, but of course, keep in mind if it is cold out, that could slightly affect the temperature. There is a single Keurig and regular coffee maker. Also, the A/C was perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and recommend this property if you’re considering it.

Birthday Celebration

My wife and I travelled here with our 3 dogs to celebrate her birthday and her best friend’s birthday. Her friend, friend’s husband, and daughter live in the area and came by a couple of days to hang out, play pool, and swim. The listing was incredibly accurate and we were pleasantly surprised by the space and openness. There was plenty of room for everybody to hang out inside, share a meal, play board games and pool. There was also more than enough room outside for us to hang out in the screened porch, catching some shade, and plenty of room for my dogs in the grass area outside the pool. This listing is a 10/10.We loved that the property was well maintained. 2x during our stay maintenance came by to clean the pool and maintain the yard. This shows the property is well taken care of and worth the price and value. Each visit was less than 10 minutes causing no interruptions to our vacation. The neighborhood was walkable with sidewalks allowing us to walk our dogs daily, as is their routine. Walmart located directly across the street from neighborhood entrance and a Publix less than a 1/4 mile away. Very convenient! Overall our expectations were exceeded and our stay was a 10/10.
