This brand new, sunny beach house is only a few minutes walk to Langs Beach's best kept secret, Ding Bay. The house is well-appointed, with large open-plan living flowing onto outdoor living areas on both sides of the house. It is modern and comfortable, with Air Conditioning, a home ventilation system and under floor heating in the bathrooms. The large kitchen with butler's pantry has modern appliances and is great spot to whip up a treat after a day at the beach.
The large flat section is great for games and the property has a beautiful outlook to native bush. Take a wander through the bush track that starts less than 100m down the road. There is also plenty of off-street parking for cars and a boat.
Note the TV is a Smart TV, just bring your own logins for Netflix, NEON, etc. Also there is a Breville, Nespresso pod coffee machine, BYO pods.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach, under two hours from Auckland. Great for a family or mature couples.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
