We had a great family vacation. The house was clean and spacious enough for our group of 10 to stay together. We liked that the house was located in a gated community. The beach parking for the community was very convenient and helped us to be able to go to the beach easily. We enjoyed the pool and splash pad as well. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions or concerns. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach house!

Beach Trip Aug 4th - 10th

Our stay was excellent. Plenty of room for us all. It was just a skip and a hop from the park and right near the outdoor pool. We rented golf carts for our trips to the beach.

From checkin to check out owners were very helpful responsive of my questions. We have previously been burned by renting a vacation home from an individual but this experience has redeemed that. Home was exactly as it said. Clean, well equipped, location was perfect for us. 5 adults and 5 kids ages 11-17. Oceanside Village has everything, pools beach access, golf carts, playground, library, and fishing. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The kitchen had everything we we needed. Furniture was nice and home was well decorated and maintained. This is the first vacation I think I have not spent my week looking at next year options, we'll be back to the Butterfly Beach House!

Beach stay

We had a wonderful time at our stay here at this house. The property manager was very easy to communicate with as well. The beach was close to the house. We just had a short walk to the beach, which was nice and it was very close to the pool which the kids loved. Highly recommend going Fourth of July week and walking to the beach to watch the fireworks. They were amazing.

Great Location

We loved this house. Loved the living room, kitchen, and dining room wasOpened for the family. Very clean. The location was great for us because our boys loved walking across the street whenever to play basketball and hit up the park. The kitchen was stocked great.

Loved it

We’ve been renting in the village for over 20 years and this has been one of our favorite properties so far. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, but also to come together to eat and relax. We had 9 people and had no issues at all. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals, eating, and even playing board games! Being across from the park and playground was amazing because we could easily let the kids finish getting their energy out in the evenings. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Fabulous Family Time

There were 6 adults, one teen and 3 toddlers in our party, three family units total. This home was perfect for us. Overflow parking was right across the street which was super convenient. The layout of the house was perfect for multiple toddlers and sleep schedules. Common areas were large and the kitchen was perfect. With a park and pool across the street and the splash pad just a couple minutes golf cart ride away, this is a perfectly placed home in OSV. With feeding the turtles, golf cart rides, playground, splash pad, and two pools all without leaving the village, it was a perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren.
