Saltwater apartments offer new modern style living at its finest, Our Apartments are located just metres away from Aslings beach, which is our main surf beach and is home to many stunning rockfaces, cliffs edge and even a rock pool.
Packed full of all your most needed necessities we can cater for all needs.
The property was designed specifically with comfort, relaxation and privacy in mind.
The open plan living and kitchen area opens onto a spacious balcony ¿ the perfect place to unwind with a good book or enjoy a BBQ with some friends.
3 Bedroom Option: Our 3 Bedroom Apartments offer 2x queen sized bedrooms with ensuite, and a third bedroom with 2x single beds.
2 Bedroom Option: Our 2 Bedroom Apartment offers 2 x King Beds
Each apartment also offers flat screen T.V.'s, free WIFI, fully self contained kitchen, spacious living areas, boat parking and a double lockup garage.

Great spot with plenty of space and great facilities. Lovely balcony with ocean views and 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Fabulous accommodation in beautiful Eden

Lovely private townhouse so close to beautiful Aslings Beach yet no traffic noise. We loved that we could hear and see the ocean from inside. Plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. A great place to stay and explore Eden on foot.

Great Location, Tired Unit

Not in town but in an excellent, quiet location with views of the sea. Loved listening to the ocean and sitting on the deck. The photos, unfortunately, are old and so you can't see how tired things are. One of the blinds couldn't be raised or lowered as were worried it might fall off. 3 of the 6 dining chair bases were broken and very uncomfortable. No hairdryer in ensuite bathroom and hairdryer not working in the shared bathroom. Broken light in shared bathroom. In ensuite, if you don't pull the shower door firmly closed from the base of it when showering, it flows straight onto the bathroom floor. Bedrooms either not vacuumed or badly so. The carpets either need replacing or a very deep cleaning (badly stained). The bulkhead in the main bedroom needs painting. The bins need replacing as rusted and ugly. A broken shelf in the fridge door. Cracked tiles in the kitchen. The BBQ also needs a thorough clean. The list of furnishings/fittings etc in the folder needs updating as inaccurate. And it would have been good to know when the garbage was being collected as we would have put our rubbish out that night. This unit has such great potential, it just needs some thorough cleaning, repairs and TLC. If that were done, we would not hesitate to return and recommend to our friends.

Excellent family accommodation.

This 3 bedroom town house had everything we needed for a short family getaway in Eden. It was clean, spacious and close to the beach and main shopping strip. We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely clean property, perfect for our brief stay. In a great position, would have liked to stay longer to take advantage of the close proximity to the beach. Well stocked, great to have the garage.

Good space, User Friendly, Reasonable Cost

For what you pay, this place is solid. The place isn't super sparkling clean when you get there, but that is to be expected of a self-clean property. They DO NOT make you pay a cleaning fee, so you are expected to leave the place in a decent condition when you leave. The only thing they really service is the linens, which are limited. The lack of cleaning fee appealed, since we were only here for a quick overnight, and high cleaning fees usually make VRBO not a great deal for a 1-night. The space itself is really good. We were traveling as 3 adults and 1 child, and we really needed 3 different rooms. This fit the bill well. It is also super easy to get in and it has a nice garage, which made loading and unloading easy.

It had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was comfortable with enough room for all and facilities were generally great. The unit does need a clothes airer to hand items inside that would help this time of the year Master bedroom located upstairs needed the mattress replaced, it was hard, and lumpy.
