- The condominium community is going through a roofing construction project. There may be construction taking place Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The construction is slated to take place in early June on Building 8 (our unit is in Building 13) and will proceed in ascending numerical order every 2-3 weeks when the roof has been completed. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay
- The community is undergoing a roofing construction project. The unit comes with one parking spot. Due to the construction, there might not be parking directly in front of the unit
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning
- NOTE: While the property features step-free entry and a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are required to reach the 2nd-floor bedroom
- NOTE: This property is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child, as the twin bunk bed is more comfortable for a smaller person

Perfect Location. Great view

Our stay at this location was perfect. The location was amazing. Very close to the city center, very easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to see. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh. The hosts are amazing to work with. I recommend this property.

Suited our needs for the trip.

Generally the property worked well for us for a quick visit to town. Location was convenient and had everything we needed for cooking and staying. Beds were comfortable, softer than I typically like but actually really supportive and I slept well every night. Some of the finishes are older and a little more tired than they appeared in the photos, but all in all was a good and relatively affordable option in town.

Nicely updated condo in a great location

We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this nicely renovated condo. Location was perfect for going to into town and also very convenient to the Warm Springs base area, where we were able to get a parking spot each day we skied, even on the Saturday of Presidents Day weekend. One thing to be aware of: the unit is heated solely by a gas stove and a space heater, and it got rather cold downstairs overnight. We only used the upstairs bedroom, and that stayed warm, but if the downstairs bedroom was also used, it might get chilly.

Not as advertised

Disappointed upon arrival when we couldn’t find a parking space and struggled most days finding one! Cleanliness of the bedding and carpets was not good! We had issues with the shower doors and curtain rods however, the host contact fixed them the next day. The ceiling and floor fans were so noisy,.

Three nights in Ketchum

The rental was comfortable for three guys for three nights, with two of us sleeping in the bunk bed. Getting in and out of the top bunk is a bit of a challenge. The place was clean, well stocked and a few minutes from both the River Run and Warm Springs bases of the ski area. Our only complaint is the unit is heated by a gas stove, that is regulated by a thermostat remote. The heat does not disburse evenly throughout the unit, even with a noisy ceiling fan running. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Best Possible location relative to Ketchum

This two story town home is very close to down town Ketchum: 10min walk to several restaurants (including Ketchum Grill and the Raspberry), stores and Atkinsons. There bus stops right behind the unit for the winter Bronze and Blue free buses running between River Run, Warm Springs and Sun Valley lodges. The unit is clean, recently remodeled in a quiet area no traffic. The mountain on the Warm Springs side is viewable from the master bed room balcony. The only comment for improvement: down stairs bedroom can be very chilly in the winter. There is an electric space heater and extra down comforters, but the owners should consider installing wall mounted electric heater similar to the upstairs bathroom on the wall with the light switch in the downstairs bedroom. Hint to winter occupants: after running the gas stove for 15-20min, turn on the downstairs ceiling fan low speed to move the rising warm air downward, this increases the down stairs temperature by 2degrees.
