Great location. Able to walk to restaurants and stores. The living room has a beautiful view with porch access. Everything decorated very nicely with all the modern touches. Loved it!

Spacious place, kitchen and laundry worked well, beds were comfortable. Great location, walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The host was so helpful when we locked ourselves out. The apartment was beautiful! Unfortunately it was a very hot outside and the place was hard ti cool down . The 3rd option to sleep, really doesn't work for an adult, no privacy at all. The location was excellent the garage perfect and the deocor could have been in a magazine.

Lovely apartment in great location

Great stay in Rotorua. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly located in Central Rotorua. Great for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wish we were there longer

We had a short visit April 1-3 2025. Family of 3 with so much room. Beds were comfy, furniture was nice. Didn't cook there but kitchen had all amenities one would need too. EAT ST is right next door and lake front is too.

Great Spot for a Rotorua stay

This place was better than advertised. Great view across the park to the lake, easy walk to Eat Street and other dining options, and very well outfitted . Quiet building. Fully equipped kitchen, generously sized bathrooms and lots of room throughout the flat. Communication throughout the booking process and our stay with property manager was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rotorua

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Lakeside Loft, it is truly right in the heart and soul of Rotorua! Near to a lakeside walk and park for kids, but not close enough to make it a distraction. A dozen restaurants and ice cream only steps away! Our favorite was Croucher Craft Brew for the mussels, but get there early because they run out. The apartment was huge, spotless and well appointed. The bed was beyond comfortable, with high end sheets and comforter. So much nicer than a hotel, could not have been better. Thank you Kristin for the quick response to questions and helpful suggestions on what to do in the area. We wish we had booked for a week, but now we know where to stay in Rotorua!

Great Property, very clean A+. Heating wasn't working for last two nights, thankfully its a warm dry apartment. House manager was happy to drop off a heater however we didn't need it. Over all this is a fantastic, super clean apartment that deserves a 5* rating.
