Welcome to our apartment, just 7 minutes away from Acrisure Stadium! The perfect spot to rest your head when visiting the Steel City.

Park in the driveway and head upstairs—extremely convenient!

-One bedroom featuring a queen size bed, spacious closet and dresser
-Kitchen is stocked with everything you need including tea kettle, French press and dining table
Guest access
You have private access to the apartment and parking in the driveway for one car or mid-size SUV. If you have a truck or suburban, you will need to park in the street. Street parking is typically easy to find
Other things to note
-No parties or excessive noise
-No smoking
-No pets. If you`ll be traveling with an ADA service dog please let us know prior to arrival

We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!


House Rules:

No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
