This brand new stylish executive penthouse apartment has been designed by an interior designer and has top end Miele appliances throughout, an ethanol fireplace, Zip tap, etc.
Love golf or are an active sports enthusiast? This stunning brand new development is perfect with tennis courts, parklands and sports grounds opposite, the beautiful Long Reef Golf across the road or walk a few minutes for a swim at Long Reef or Collaroy Beach.

Collaroy Basin is a tight-knit beachside community. It is laid back and friendly and the perfect place to enjoy the surf, sun and good mix of cafes and bars along the beachfront. Long Reef is between Dee Why and Collaroy beaches and boasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course with views over the ocean. Long Reef is also popular for kite surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and Fliteboarding.
Narrabeen Lakes is up the road where you can hire kayaks, boats, SUP boards, etc.
Collaroy is the perfect place to access some of the best beaches in the world on Sydney's Northern Beaches peninsula.

Excellent set-up. A well maintained kitchen with more than enough crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for a family. Check in processes were very clear and the manual contained all necessary information. Loved the heated towel rails and bathroom floors!

A minibreak

We had a quick 3 night stay with our family which was great. The weather wasn’t the best for part of it but the location of the property was excellent which made it nice and easy to walk to the beach and restaurants and grab coffee and breakfast downstairs. Thank you for having us.

We were looking for a beach house, close to Sydney, and local friend recommended the Collaroy basin area. We had a really great time at this property, particularly enjoyed Long Reef beach, which is a short walk away at the Dee Why end; played tennis; swam every day; walked the coastal path to Manly; and also went back into Sydney one of the days...if you are looking for something close to the city but a little bit off the tourist trail, this is a great location. The property itself was exactly as presented online, spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. And Toni was very responsive throughout the check in / check out process. We had no issues at all.We would very happily rent here again and enjoyed Northern Beaches stay thoroughly.

When our kids moved on, we used our new-found freedom to create an amazing studio that we shared with guests. My love for hosting has seen me start a new business managing other people's properties.

We look forward to helping you discover the magic of this special part of the world.

We love walking and can often be seen on the Manly to Spit walkway. Eating out and sharing fine wines with friends is also a favourite pastime! We've travelled and stayed in both AirBnBs and hotels in Europe and have tried to create the best of both in our properties.

This apartment, and indeed the entire building, is exquisitely designed. Every detail has been meticulously crafted, featuring top-of-the-line Miele appliances with no expense spared. Situated in the prestigious Collaroy Basin, it's just a short stroll from the Long Reef Golf Club and directly opposite the Collaroy Tennis Centre. From this prime location, you can easily walk to Dee Why, or catch a bus to Manly or Palm Beach.
